We eat at Arby’s regularly, not very often do we ever have to send anything back or ask for anything to be fixed, but today I am so severely disappointed in the Arby’s we ate at that I almost don’t ever want to eat at another one. We ordered in the drive thru, the same thing we order every time we go to Arby’s, I received some sort of sandwich overloaded with Mayo, older lunch meat (turkey meat was undesirable to say the least and the bacon was burnt it was hard to bite) loaded with onions and some type of honey mustard sauce I did not ask for!! I requested a large “market fresh” original lemonade with lite ice, I got a full cup of ice with fluid an inch from the top of the cup, when I asked for the drink to be corrected the guy refused! So to the Inconsiderate, rude and disrespectful man working the 4th of July, 2022 you deserve the universal middle finger!!!
Employees VERY nice. Fast service. Good food. Very clean. Highly recommend.
I would have given the five star that would have been consistent with their food sometimes it's pretty good and hot and fresh but the last couple of times I've been there the chicken was really cold cheese wasn't melted and the fries were going oh they need to be consistent and what they're cooking the food friendly staff
Was disappointed they no longer sold the fish sandwich I keep seeing commercials for. Was apparent they were training new employees (2 @ least). Will go back again.
Love their beef and cheddar and curly fries.Also have really good rubin's ??
Food was great and fresh at a very reasonable price. The associates were friendly and professional. The crinkle cut fries are awesome. Always a good experience
Look I understand right now a lot of businesses have been hit hard. Short staffed etc. But spending almost 30 min in drive thru is unacceptable. When I finally got to the window and PAID. I sat there for 5 min. Then I get told my food is going to take 5 min can I park n wait. Fine. After 15 min waiting I got out of the car and went inside. Then get told they haven't started making my order. I said you know what just give me my money back. I could have been home eating food from another place by now. I'm mad becuz why couldn't I be told anything before I paid? Tell me you're short staffed. I wasn't going to drive off after paying. I just got out of work. I'm tired. I'm hungry. Try to put yourself in the customer's shoes. How would you feel? The last time an employee told me she stopped making something at 9:30 becuz she was by herself. It was 9:15. Now this. Too bad this place is within walking distance of my house becuz I won't be back.
Food was not too great. The so called music inside was blasting. Way too .loud & the hollering of the voices in the so called music blasted us right out of the restaurant.
Had a pleasant experience. Staff were kind food was delicious.
They gave me the completely wrong order and then refused to give me a refund. Would not recommend. Don’t go here unless you want your money stolen.
