Team who was working at 11pm on 7/1 stated they were out of fries and only accepting cash. I find that extremely hard to believe. Management should check this as they are clearly losing money out of pure laziness. I’m sure the card machine was working.
Ordered 6 items. Baconator fries, 4 double stack bacon cheese burgers and 1 large chili with sour cream hot sauce and crackers. Chili was missing as well as bacon on all 4 of the burgers. I havent even tried the fires yet. I deliver ambulances as my form or work and am unable to get my food via drive through since yall refuse to serve folks from the window and ypur DT dimensions are too short for my vehicles to fit. Regardless, the order shouldve been made in full and was not. Ive tried to reach out to their contacts for compensation due to the app failing as well.
Bad Experience everytime I come here. They either close their store 1 hr & 1/2 early at night & leave customers waiting in drive thru for over 30 mins, or their employees argue with you over BBQ Sauce that you are suppose to receive with your order. Just now I went through drive through and spent $22 & only had $100 Bill they said they had no change and cancelled my order. You mean to tell me you didn't have $78 in your store to give back to me as change. All employees simply don't care & have attitudes. You shouldn't be dealing with food & customer service if you're that miserable!
These workers are upcharging people on the 4 for 4 saying g that the crispy chicken is unavailable so they can charge you for the bigger option to sub it in. This is unacceptable and completely disgusting. Wendy's, you need to control or inform your workers.
For me personally these are the best fast food burgers in the world! I don't know what else can I say. Maybe your prices are a bit high if you had to look for a con.
Depending on the shift that is working, they sometimes will randomly close the inside and claim only the drive through register is working. I had to wait in a drive through lane with a stroller and a 1 year old to get food. After waiting 5-10 minutes for an answer on the intercom I was able to pay for my food. Another customer who had been waiting in the drive through became angry when he found out he would have to get back in line. He cursed and sped off. I was pretty angry at this point too. It seems to be a common occurrence.
No line, service was speedy.Intercom voice did not give me a total before asking me to pull to 2nd window.My order was wrong - the sandwich had ranch on it altho I asked for one without. The regular nuggets tasted old, and the French fries were soggy and not fully cooked. I was disappointed with this visit to my favorite fast food restaurant.
Drive thru was empty we were the first in line yet still waited 10mins for our sandwiches that was Very Dry & ColdFRIES ? was cold and soggy too and we got attitude when we asked for Sweet and sour Sauce. Food was atrocious i wouldn't even feed my Dogs this!!!!!Fries says Hot & Crisy GuaranteedThey were Soggy n Ice Cold Were is "0" Ratings ? when you need it
I ordered an 4 for 4 and the Meal was very cold the fries was stale and the jr bacon sandwich was cold and the bread was hard . The soda tasted like seltzer water . Idk what’s going on but that’s horrible to say the least . The whole staff is very unprofessional !!! I wasn’t able to go back due to me being on my lunch break
Long drive thru lines sometimes they forget the receipt and I don't like that. From the order box to the window not that long but the line up to the order box probably about 20+ min wait. #wendys @wendys
