Waiting on at the drive-thru, nobody answer. I was able to see employees, but no reaction. Tried to get i side, doors were lock. 9:45 pm no service at all
Locked inside but let the drive thru open. Me and my friends had to stand and wait for the drive thru because they locked inside as if everyone brings a car to Wendy’s.

Every time I come here something wrong with the food or the attitude are horrible. I ordered a Chilli with cheese and onions ??♀️ the amount of onions they put in the Chilli makes no sense. These fast food& restaurants has to do better with the people they are hiring
A nightmare trying to contact customer service after I received my order at home, they gave me something that I did not ask for, there were several orders in my online order, and I had already paid and even gave the driver a tip, which is what is done, nobody Neither the store nor the customer service number answered the calls, finally I had to drive to the store located at 3055 South University drive, I asked to speak with the manager, he never showed up and while the workers attended to my claim, I finally asked for the manager and she showed up with an attitude of not knowing how to handle the situation, it was more of an annoyance to have to solve it, finally she gave us our orders and when we asked her not to put so much ice in my lemonade we could see her gesture of annoyance, without taking into account I told him that I had to drive to the store to return a wrong order, something I paid for and didn't receive, for a moment I thought maybe the manager didn't help me or just wendys they do not train their staff well, do not expect the manager to argue that she had seen that my order had gone out, that her staff had done well and that the driver was the one who had made a mistake, this is not a good response to a client who is disappointed in the service, they should put people trained to manage customer service, not only deliver the product but face the mistakes that may arise with the best disposition, we are clients and if we pay for a service it is because wendys offers it , nothing is free, watch out every business lives off its customers treat them well I'm a fan of Wendys but I left that store super disappointed nothing like this had ever happened to me. This happened today April 5, 2022 in the store at approximately 7:30.
After 30 minutes in the drive-through line I get home to this inedible burned like rubber chicken sandwich. This is unacceptable! And this ain’t the first time I get bad service here. I’m not coming back!
February 24th 8:55pmwhite girl with long hair working cashier has no idea what's she doing I clearly asked for a honey mustard, large fries combo and I get no sauce (she typed in no sauce requested) and small fries... honestly with the attitude and the small lemonade and her sarcasm.. it gets worse. then I ask for my wife a spicy sandwich and get a original with no condiments. this girl working on February 24th 8:55pm needs some help learning hospitality... don't work a job and hate it if u can't serve fast food you need to reevaluate your life Jesus help you.
I've been waiting in line at the drive thru since 11:20pm. It's now 12:12am and I'm sitting at the ordering window as they make the car ahead of mines order. The last 3 times it has been delayed as well. This Wendy's used to be great for the quick 2-3 minute order times. No idea what has happened to it. This is ridiculous.
Manager closed inside dining at 4:30 PM and the line is always long as well as the wait. This locations needs to train their employees on proper customer service. Employees are hood and ghetto
Magnificent customer service. The reputation is well kept. Sanitised lobby areas. Clean parking lots. Fastidious exquisite tasteful menu choices.
