Great Food
AVOID.Overpriced microwaved food. The filete de pollo was rubbery and had no flavor, the onions weren’t cooked, and the rice tasted reheated and was dry.The plantains were reheated and soaked in grease.The beans were microwaved with lots of oil on top; not to mention, they were extremely salty and had to send them back.The sopa de pollo was reheated with more chunks of chicken fat than actual chicken meat.Service was awful, as it took almost 10 minutes to get our drinks, and the soup (mentioned above) came with the main dish. My can of Diet Coke was expired.The only thing that was good were the chips, but that is hard to mess up.Will never come here again, and judging by how empty the place was at 7pm on a Saturday, I’m probably not the only one who feels this way.
Best food around I’m loyal customer for the last 10 years and never an issue with them
On Saturday nights they have karaoke and live music, the music was great I really enjoyed it a lot. The atmosphere it’s amazing and the food extremely awesome, made to perfection. The service was spectacular, everyone was friendly and on point. Very satisfied.
Food is pretty good and the portions are large. Just be warned, their lunch menu is NOT intuitive and they list their happy hour on it with their food specials leading us to think we ordered the food specials but ended up getting charged the full price due to the confusing menu.

Ordered online hoping to get a good Latin American meal while staying overnight waiting on cruise departure. Very disappointing. I ordered an order of 3 beef empanadas and they decided to throw in a chicken empanada for some reason. Not sure why but only got 2 beef. The Bistic de Palomilla was bland. The tamale and pork was decent. Overall, not a great meal. Additionally, I ordered through DoorDash but driver was non commutative , didn’t deliver to room, and I received no utensils to eat the meal with.
