My favorite place to have great smoothies and sandwiches. I love to come here for breakfast & after my workouts and I never wait too long for my order. The manager and staff are super friendly and very attentive to the customers. Diego recommended me to try the edible straw… which to my surprise are pretty good! My favorite one is the lime flavor when I pair it with the avocolada!
Had an amazing experience at this location. The Manager Diego guided me through the menu was very patient while i asked basically about every smoothie. The guy making my smoothie jay was so nice and even handed me the straws and everything and my food made by Chris was excellent. I hadn’t gotten service like this in a while and I eat often at chick fil a next door but will come here more often. Loved the food the variety and customer service. Well deserved 10/10
I was a first time customer coming here with my fiancé. On April 9, 2022 Around the afternoon we walked in and it seemed semi-busy but not too busy, so we just waited in the line and they were about two people in front of us. While waiting in the line we noticed one of the persons in front of us was a friend of the cashiers. The cashier proceeded to chat it up with her friend and we’re talking about different locations and schedules. All while there were about four or five customers in the line. The cashier did not say thank you or have any type of customer service when talking to myself or my fiancé. Customer Service could improve overall . Some items we wanted on the menu we’re not available. I recommend updating the menu To reflect what is available in the store. The cashier stated that that smoothie we wanted the blueberry one had not been available for quite some time. We requested a blueberry smoothie and ended up getting a mango magic. The mango smoothie was OK I feel like it could’ve been better it was a bit bland. We are unsure if we will be revisiting this location as we have had better experiences with other franchises.
First time ordering from Tropical smoothie and definitely my last. The salad I receive is definitely NOT worth $10.99. I got a Thai salad which includes chicken, carrots, wontons, sesame seed and cilantro, on a bed of lettuce. My salad had the carrots and chicken with lettuce. The lettuce looks wilted, on top of it all. The dressing is actually good, has a hint os spice though. I’m very upset that I spent almost $20 on my order (including a smoothie) for this. Two stars for the dressing and the smoothie.
I am hooked on these amazing smoothies ! Healthy , tasty and always available ! Their service is always friendly and absolutely efficient! I don’t mind walking in or getting it delivered because their service is fast . Best smoothies in town
A wonderfully happy experience one of your employees that goes by the name RAIN I believe gave me the most delicious smoothie and wrap I’ve ever had great customer services you should hire more colorful dreaded people ?
The food is subpar you know what you are getting. Fast food dressed as a healthy alternative. The staff is young and there is never a manger on duty, They will ignore items on the orders and then take no accountability to correct it. If you're looking for average on there best day try one of the smoothies. It's not horrible if if you're starving. but if your looking for something good I would hard pass
I asked for extra shrimp on my salad and only gave me 3 (mind you I was charged ) I asked for salt and vinegar chips and they send me something else Second time ordering and they messed it up again !!! NEVER AGAIN
Well I don’t have anything negative to say , I absolutely love the service especially by young man with pink hair . Every time I see him he my smoothie comes out amazing and done very fast . Personally he’s the best employee with the best attitude . I strongly recommend this location
Ive ordered for delivery here multiple times. The first time I was missing an item we got a solution over the phone. The second time they refused to help me and I was missing a smoothie. Im missing a smootie and 2 bag of chips now and they aren't even answering. Tried getting help on the website. Nothing.
