Great time with a friend. Food was excellent and Beer is great!
First time at Tap 42. Service was good and food was good. The filet was cooked and seasoned perfectly but it was a bit tough.
For some reason our food took almost an hour to be served. We saw the table next to us who came in at least 20 minutes after us eat their main meal finish and pay their bill before our food even came. The waiter came over and apologized for the delay and was going to check on our food 10 minutes later a manager came by just to see how we were doing and I said can you tell us when our food is coming and he said oh let me go check in the kitchen he never returned! I asked another waiter to please send the manager back it had been about 10 minutes since he spoke to us and about 10 minutes later our food came out. The manager never came back to talk to us the server apologized for the wait and told us our first round of drinks were on the house. I have been there several times and have never had it take so long to serve a salad and a salmon bowl! We like it there but my husband will not return now!
The atmosphere is energetic and fun! The food and service was great. Great place to hang out at bar, patio or sit and have a good meal.
Main meal came out at same time as salads. Food was luke warm at best the first time it came out. Not hot. Barely any difference second time it came out.
