I barely leave reviews but I was literally shocked of what I just experienced at this subway. Are we literally just hiring anyone that comes in through the door? This woman first of all had cartoons blasting and couldn’t concentrate on what I was asking for because she was too busy watching cartoons. I asked for a wrap and she told me no! Lol that she had a cut in her finger and that she did not know how to do wraps. I thought I was being pranked. Lol it only got worst! She would throw the toppings back and they would fall all over the place. Honestly didn’t even look like she was on her right mind. Thank god for gloves because her hands were all cut up and just didn’t look right. I’m sorry but if someone is making my food those are things I look at. Worst experience I’ve had in a while. Enough for me to take the time to leave a review before I even drive away!
AVOID THIS SUBWAY AT ALL COSTS! I Live down the street and this branch is BY FAR the worst managed subway I've ever been to in this country and about a dozen other countries worldwide that I've been to. If you like waiting 30 minutes for a thrown together sandwich this is your place. Avoid this branch at all costs especially because there is a branch on griffin road just west of nob hill that is run far more professionally
I arrived to the store and i was cast out by the server and a lady locked the door on my face no respect for the customer at all
I came here for the first time and was extremely disappointed. I ordered an order online and when I got there they didn’t have the bread or meat that I ordered which is fine but when I got my sandwich the veggies haven’t even been cut properly I bit into the sand which and noticed how hard it was and saw huge pieces of cucumbers and onions. You can tell they didn’t cut these properly. The woman’s bathroom is out of order so everyone uses the mens and when I walked in I walked right back out it was disgusting and had open diapers out in the open. Their ice machine is dirty or moldy because the ice chips all have black debris on it. Won’t ever go back. Gross should be shut down honestly.

On Tuesday, November 2, I went to order a bread and a salad and I had a small problem with the man who attended me I tell him that I want a 6" bread and a salad, he grabs the big bread and I say I only want 6" and tells me that he knows what he does, that is his job that does not get me and that he understands me but I do not the. All that was shouted I said thank you very much and I had to leave the place without the food
Really bad customer service. I ask for the whole grain bread and he presented all the white breads Instead. I pointed to the lower part of the shelf where the whole grain bread was. The guy told me that I shouldn't try to teach him his breads. Bad attitude and looking at me at in a really defiant way. Worst part, this is the second time I feel threatened at this store.
After seeing the recent reviews, all of them about the business hours are true. I went a Saturday at 6:30pm and the guy at the cashier said they are closed with 3 people in the line and two tables full. It is clear they don't want to work at this location. No explanation and a waste of time!!
