Used to love this place but I don’t know what happened to it. Last 4 pizzas I ordered were horrible or they got the wrong order. Last pizza I got was literally full of peperoni, which sounds great but it wasn’t. They didn’t even bother separating the slices of peperoni and just dumped a whole tray in there and put a bit of cheese on top. Not exaggerating, literally the dough was covered in peperoni. Very sad and disappointed. I was also supposed to get a refund and I didn’t even get it. Not going to try and bother to get my money cause this time I’m just staying away from this place. ?
Tried this place for the first time this evening. I cannot express just how disappointed I was. My first impression was that the staff appeared to be more interested in their own conversation than the only customer in the restaurant. Sadly this was born out when I went back for my food 20 to 25 mins later. The young lady that served me could not find my food. Her colleagues then found the order for chicken wings. When I asked about the two sandwiches I ordered, she admitted that she did not put those orders in! When she served us, I thought she was not paying attention, little did I know just how right I was. I just walked out and will not be going back.
I used to have decent hopes for this place. Its very close and their pizza is decent. But it has gone so down hill since i started going. The employees are unhappy due to poor management from corporate. Apparently corporate never checks in on their stores, this is obvious to see by how it looks inside. It looks deserted, there is never anyone in there and it looks like they use the dinning area as the back of house. I think corporate needs to step it up.
I came here on a Saturday night, the place was dead.I walk up to the counter and the gentleman behind the counter was eating dinner; he acknowledges me and then when he realizes I’m still deciding, he goes back to eating dinner. LOL.Okay everyone eats, right? I get it. He must’ve been hungry. But the lack of care or kindness of the customer was off putting. It’s like I was disturbing him. He was so unfriendly.Anyways, onto the food, I order pizza, garlic rolls and their cookies.Every item was undercooked, chewy and overall lacked flavor. My garlic rolls were RAW. so raw that I had to wait to make sure I didn’t get sick from eating raw dough.The pizza was gross. So chewy, no flavor and just all around dull.The cookies were so burnt but the inside was gooey, so weird. It’s like they cooked the cookies and then threw them in the oven to reheat.The restaurant itself was dirty as hell. The tables were uneven and it was painful to see and so grimey.Definitely 100% take a pass on this place and take your money elsewhere to another pizza establishment. Anywhere else really.Just. Not. Here.
Place is trash , wanna be little ceasers. I got a large buffalo chicken pizza and pepperoni rolls for $27. Something told me to open the “tiny” large pizza up and low and behold it looks like a regular cheese pizza no meat no curves look like he ordered it from dominos. I asked him where was the chicken and he said “under the cheese” i counted 3 shreds of chicken on an entire pizza and proceeded to leave without buying the food i had high expectations and this place belongs in the trash can.
Terrible pizza, ordered pepperoni/chicken/beef on my small pizza and didn't get pepperoni on it at all. The chicken ranged from soft to crunchy? Very weird, stale taste. The dough is a bit too doughy but honestly it might be the only thing good about it. Didn't even bother to finish the pizza after 2 slices because of how depressingly nasty it was. Never ordering from them again
Terrible service. Pizza ok. Wings dried out AF. Calzone came w/o the sauce. Called politely about needing sauce for calzone and this kid hung up on me 2 twice. Finally got a hold of a manager and he offered to take $0.22 off my next order.

I'm just astounded by how good this place food is. Granted they forgot my mf'k pepperonis but I can not take away how good the food was.The lemon pepper and teriyaki wings, God al-mighty, I wish I didn't have to split them with my student (CDL trucker). But they are by far the best wings I've bought from any pizza spot hands down.The pizza was hand tossed but should of been new York however, it was very good.To top it all off I decided to try the cheese cake Stromboli or somthing like that and my goodness. I was in aww and damn near cried while eatting it. Never in my life have I ever seen a cheese cake made like that. I'm from VA and will definitely be talking about this place. Messed my order up but the quality of the food made up for that by FAR!It was a 15min UBER EATS delivery (that's who I blame for not checking my order. Reason this place still got 5 stars) and, the mf food was so hot I couldnt pick up the wings at first, the cheese was still melted on the pizza well and, the Stromboli cheese cake was still nice and hot however, by the time I made room for that it was Luke warm. Seriously one of the best pizza places I have ever had. I've been going to this one and the Las Olas locations for over a year now, and the food is always excellent. Thanks for the most life saving cookies ever!
