Super slow. Very disorganized. Totally didn’t even print my mobile order. Wasted 30 minutes of my time this morning. They then didn’t even get the size correct, so I had to order again. They don’t pay attention here.

Great coffee. Nice staff but slow in the drive thru

Absolutely nothing wrong with the employees, they’re great! However, they have a really bad fly problem. It’s gross to think that’s around all the food and drinks all day. There has to be a way to fix this issue:/

I went in drive Super slow. And when I got the bread the bag is broke and drop on my car. The guy saw it didn't change it or say sorry. Just ignore.

Went to the drive-thru at a different Starbucks from where I usually go. They gave me the wrong coffee, so I gave it back, and they gave me the wrong coffee again. Thinking they gave me the right coffee I drove away.

The atmosphere is very warm and inviting, which helps when cramming for a test and you are feeling stressed. This is my favorite Starbucks to study at! The baristas are all so nice (shoutout to KC and Carolyn). Recommend this location to anyone :)

Attn: Starbucks Regional Management,I know there’s a staffing shortage but I hope you will consider hiring people with special needs at this store. Not only will they prepare orders correctly but they will do their best to help customers with a smile. I’ve ordered from this location numerous times due to it’s convenient location and EVERY single time my order has been incorrect in some way.For example, I ordered a Peppermint Mocha yesterday that was completely missing the mocha. The partner neglected to select the generously bold “peppermint mocha” button in your POS and attempted to manually build the drink themselves. While a peppermint latte actually didn’t taste bad, a special needs partner could do a better job selecting the “specialty drinks” tab and the barista making the order should have a little more intuition to know the average person is not ordering a plain peppermint latte in December. This is just ONE example of minor errors that happen every single time I’ve shopped at this location. After working at Starbucks a few years back, I know it can be stressful. That’s why I’ve given this location so many opportunities to improve. I now visit the University and Griffin location because they are actually competent and can complete simple tasks.I don’t normally leave reviews but this is a management issue. Partners with proper management can do this job and receive the training they need to succeed. I know college students are also just trying to get a check here but I can find 5-year-olds with more natural ability to prepare a latte.I’m happy to remove this review once I’ve been told new management is taking over this location.Thank you,- Mike

Prioritize everyone else over small orders and focus on drive thru. Use to have a problem with flies everywhere but not as of late. Be ready to wait even if you order small coffees or want something warmed...

Great Starbucks to go to if you just wanna grab coffee through the drive thru, but it also has one of the nicest interiors to chill in and the staff are polite.

We ordered three refreshers, two of the same kind. They were behind but that's understandable because it was the morning and that rush was crazy. I watched the gentleman make our drinks. He made the two refreshers together and as he poured them into the cups, the second one was just a little over halfway full while the other was poured to the brim. He walked over to the ice and added a ton of water to the smaller one instead of splitting it between the two and to add insult to injury, we'd both asked for light ice... I'm very annoyed
