Horrible customer service!I was waiting in line to order and was the only customer in the whole store but the staffs were busy moping the floor or taking the garbage out. They were pretending as if they can’t see me. I ordered two frappuccinos and one pack of madeleines, they threw the madeleines at me. I was absolutely baffled at this behaviour. Not only were they rude but they messed up one simple order, my fappuccinos were full of crushed ice and filled up with whipped cream. I wonder who managers this store, no training, no customer service!
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at this location. We placed our order at 10 a.m.. I did not receive my order until 10:32 a.m. I asked the manager twice about my order and they said it was coming right up. To make to coffees. I would definitely think about checking out another location.
The wors costemer servis i was watting over 20 minutes for my begal with my kids and other peoele get the drinks and whet ever they order and i was watting asking and no pay attention to mr i left the store with out my food and i paid for it this is so upsting
Focus guys, focus !I asked for a Tall cold beverage, they gave me a Venti size.... I asked for a hot bevarage with ALMOND milk, but they put Low Fat Milk.... do you know there are people with lactose intolerant and it could cuase them a trip to the hospital???
I have been in line for +20min just to get a cup of coffee... There won't be a next time, I would rather go to Wawa. At least there my drink is right... It would be understandable if I ordered some weird concoction, but a standard hot caramel macchiato? NOPE.
This was once a great Starbucks, no longer. Apparently no one wants to work there, so the store opening hours change on a daily basis. Depends if employees come in or not. Management issues.
Ordered sandwich with drink and the delivery guy brought me a uncovered drink with no sandwich. Said this is all that he recieved. I never got my money back.
No sign to say drive through only. Staff is obviously inside serving drive through. They don’t even look up, just wagged their fingers no and kept moving. Pretty rude.
Horrible customer service and rude staff. Waited over 20 minutes for order and when I asked to check on status was treated with contempt and belittled. Terrible place. Don’t waste your time with this Starbucks.
It was s Starbucks. Nothing tremendous or tragic occured. Made by order correctly in the expected timely fashion.
