Contrary to other reviews here, I always have a great experience. Laquanna at the drive through is always pleasant, kind and ensures my chicken is cooked to my liking. She always has my sauce in the bag and I have never had missing items. The food here is always fresh and I never have to wait an extensive amount of time in the drive-thru like almost every other Pollo Tropical. I will continue going.
Alway running behind with orders! Waited 45 min for my order! While everyone’s not busy, they waited until we got there to start the order. Did not include one off my wraps and said they mentioned it but never did. Waited until I check my bag twice it inform me. I would have went home without that if I didn’t check. Manager walked around and never approached us as she saw us waiting there and clearly upset. I work in the service industry as well trust me I understand how it is to work during these times so I was very patient, but very very upset at that matter. Please don’t waist you dinner time here at this location!!!
Food was fresh.. Latin Version of Boston Market Kinda.. would Go back.
I totally appreciate the shortage in staff. They have closed the restaurant seating area for now due to this. They have bigger issues though. If you go within an hour of closing they will be out of many things. I went for a late lunch on a Saturday and they were out of chicken. How is a chicken place out of chicken?They also frequently run out of the sauces.
Got a tropichop bowl today and a quesadilla wrap. The bowl didn’t come with avocado i paid extra for it. But my biggest complaint is the quesadilla wrap, i bit into it and it was frozen. Not cold, frozen! There was ice inside the cheese was cold and meat was cold. It was quite disgusting, they use to be good but this location is truly awful

Very disappointing. Chicken cesar salad was horrible, I threw it away, could not eat it. The churrasco was dry and the grilled chicken in the sub was burnt. Not coming back.
This place should get a Michelin Star. Exceptionally fast, professional and courteous service. The best chicken I've ever had. The chef even gave us a tour of the kitchen and my wife a cooking lesson. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you, Pollos Tropical!
Waited in line for ever because no one knows what the heck they’re doing here and didn’t even get all my sauce even after confirming and gave me the wrong chicken.
So I don't understand... if the store is supposed to close at 10pm why at 9pm they lock the doors and close the drive thru. The employees see me at the door yet they ignore me. And there's no sign giving a reason as to why they closed earlier. Pollo Tropical you can do better. So disappointed.
