From the Northeast so Im accustomed to great pizza but even this Pizza Hut is subpar compared to Pizza Huts i been to in MD, VA, PA, NJ,NY etc. There wasn't much flavor and service was not amazing either.
I bought the big box pizza and ordered pepperoni lovers and meat lovers pizza wasn't loaded with meat nor pepperoni I was so disappointed I spent $39.00 plus this is how you treat returningCustomers?
Ordered my pizza at 8:30pm and it did not arrive until 9:45pm. It was cold as well.
I tried all 3 main pizza companies at the same time and for a vegan option, you came in second. Based on my personal opinion, Papa Johns was first, then Pizza Hut, and Dominos was third.The amount of sauce for a “regular” amount should be a little more. The amount of ingredients was excellent, but it was the same for each company. The crust needs improvement too. I think they need a new marketing campaign. They need to redo their logo and their box is outdated compared to their competition too.
Ordered online at 8pm and I never received a notification pizza ready for pick up so I head to restaurant because it’s been about hour instead 15 mins to 20mins passed. I ordered pan pizza with 3 toppings . Order was incorrect two toppings, not a pan pizza . Cold pizza because didn’t know it was ready for pick no notification sent . Barely any toppings or cheese on pizza . Just disappointed in Pizza Hut . I grow up on Pizza Hut in 80s and 90s really good product back then .
I submitted my online order of four pizzas at 4:30pm to be delivered to my residence at 6:00pm. By 5:45pm, I was wondering why the pizza tracker did not say the pizzas were on the way to be delivered- the pizzas were apparently just getting into the oven at that time. At 6:00pm, no pizzas were delivered. We did not hear from Pizza Hut notifying us they were running late. By 6:30pm, we decided to call and see what the delay was. We were on hold for at least 30 minutes. We did not get ahold of our local Pizza Hut because no one answered the call. By the time the delivery person came, our pizzas were an hour late. Not only that, but they were COLD pizzas. They were barely warm. We had to put them in the oven to heat them up to eat them. The delivery person was made aware of our dissatisfaction. She told us the manager would reach out to us and give us a credit on our pizzas, but we have not heard anything so far. Two of the four pizzas had NO SAUCE on them! We have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for around 25 years because they are literally 5 minutes from our house. We are completely unsatisfied and want to speak to someone about a refund and a return of 200 pizza hut points that were lost in this order!
THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Pizza was delivered late and the order was incomplete. When I called, they said I could go to pick up the missing item myself. Even though I payed the fee to have my order delivered to my house. Never buying from here again
I ordered a thin and crispy pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives. Had to go inside to get it because no one brought it to my car (I requested no contact curbside). Should have checked the box, because when I got home I found a regular crust ham and pineapple pizza in the box (which had my name and order taped to the outside of the box). When I returned and complained, the counter lady copped an attitude about having to apologize for their mistake and saying, "Well, what do you expect me to do?" (Maybe give me a bottle of water while I have to waste another 20 minutes waiting for you to fix this?) The next pizza they gave me was correct, but only partially cooked (the bottom was raw), so I had to finish cooking it when I got home. Not exactly an experience I want to repeat. I have to give at least one star to post this, but this experience merits ZERO.
I called to place an order for later in the evening for an event. I was informed that I had to do it online for delivery. I place the order online and paid $5.00 tip. The order was supposed to be there at 8pm. Sadly, no delivery, it was 8:30pm, I called and was on hold for 20 minutes. I had to go pick it up AT 8:45PM. . I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK. There was only 1 person in the entire store doing it all. The pizza was cold, late and no one from the Pizza Hut even bother to give us a call to say you need to pick it up as we have no drivers. Unacceptable
Placed order online and went to pick it up and found out the store was closed for some reason. My recommendations would be to be open for the order to be picked up.
