Pizza was good, but the attitude of the guy serving us (believe it was the owner) was horrible! Made the whole experience terrible. If you don't enjoy serving or have zero personality or attitude like he does, hire some servers. Let me guess, no one probably wants to stay and work for this guy!Did not bring out garlic rolls to us, never asked how was the food or can I get you anything, and then short changed us by $5 in the end. He doesn't care about his customers and walks around with a major attitude as if WE were lucky to experience his presence. Well sorry, buddy - you just lost a local customer who's been looking for a good local pizza shop. Pizza was good, and did enjoy it, but what left a bad taste for all of us was this guy. Taking my money and my family elsewhere, and so should you.
Enjoyable food, but in my opinion I will never come back here again. The food was overpriced and for three small pizzas it was $60. The service was the worst I had in a while.
This place nickel and dimes you - a dollar fifty for pepperoni on one slice? Come on. I came here for the lunch special a few times but it just isn’t good enough for the price and the service is horrible- waiters don’t want to deal with you and they said “you better tip me” I would have if you didn’t say that come on? The staff is unfriendly and better food can be had at other italian places in Weston like La Toretta or Enzo’s.
My son was a baby when we started to come to pizza heaven, he's now 23 and he's moving out of town. The family that owns the restaurant are the nicest people. The food is always great and it's the best Italian food in Broward county.
The food is good and affordable but I will not be purchasing from here anymore. All the ladies are very nice and polite but the person who works in the front (not sure if he’s the owner) is incredibly rude. I placed an online order TO GO and from the moment I walked in to pick up, this person already had an attitude. He gave me a hard time because I asked for a BAG so that when I was finished eating, I could throw out my garbage (I wasn’t eating at the restaurant and was having lunch in my car). This person questioned why I needed a bag and gave me an attitude over this as if didn’t just PAY for my food. He said out loud “wow what a waste of a bag”. Completely unnecessary.
Best pizza ever!!! Also the sandwiches and service are fantastic. We will go back very soon.
This place is TERRIBLE. I called in an order for delivery and was assured the delivery window was 30-35 minutes. After 1 hour, I called and was assured that the driver was on the way. Twenty-minutes later, I called and the person who answered the phone, told me he couldn’t control traffic (this place is located in Weston, FL and it was a weekday). When the driver finally arrived the owner called me and had me tell him where I was (I was in a visible spot at the end of a road before a guard gate. The owner was on the phone with me and the driver. At some point he began yelling at the driver - who was having trouble with the owner’ poor attempt to give him directions - for not speaking English (a potential Title VII - national origin violation). This led me to give him a peace of mind and to remind him to respect his employees and customers.Incredibly, after the pizza was delivered, the owner called me back and said he was coming over to the park to “talk like men and resolve our differences.” I wasn’t sure what this meant, but I was there for two hours with my kids and he never showed up. Clearly timing is not his thing. Unfortunately, neither is pizza, since in my opinion there was nothing heavenly about it.Take your money elsewhere. I look forward to a response. Not likely to be timely.
Their pizzas are so deliciously cheesy and the buffalo chicken pizza is the best I've ever had! All their dishes are so tasty and always well cooked and the proportions are generous.Pizza Heaven definitely lives up to their name.
Forgot lunch for work and a coworker was already ordering from here. Let me just say this is the best pasta I have had in a while. I got the chicken parm. which is one of my favorite dishes and will continue to be that after having it here too. Pizza isn't the only heaven here <3
Wow! A co-worker introduced this place to me. The food is great. The prices fantastic. The portions plenty. The garlic rolls are just the right amount or crunch, softness and flavor!
