I have been going to this sub shop for a long time and I have also turned other Co workers to this place I was really upset when I called and complained about a salad where the lettuce was brown I was asked to bring it in to see it . first of all it was delivered at my job so I just couldn't leave my job to bring back a salad . and when I get off they would be closed. I felt like he didn't believe that they can sell a salad with lettuce turning brown it's happens in every business no restaurant is perfect.
Placed an UberEats order… After an hr and a message stating my driver was headed my way.. My order was cancelled!!!I’m left starving && currently still confused!!!I’ve been patronizing this establishment & the staple location for the last 2.5 years…This turned me offUPDATE… I did speak with UberEats who contacted the driver.. The driver stated that the order never got picked up because it was never ready for pick up… Therefore the order was cancelled.. So whether it was Mr. Ms. or UberEats, it’s all about taking responsibility which NO ONE is doing..
The manager was so rude! We walked in to an empty restaurant and asked if they were open. The manager and three other workers were standing by the door talking. They manager yelled at my grandma and kept saying they were open. He told my grandma her panties were in a bunch. Place smelled horrible. The place was empty nobody eats here for a reason.
We stop every time we are in Broward. We love both locations. Food is always fresh, tastes great and they are always friendly. We do both dine-in and takeout. Just a great sandwich shop!!
This was the most over priced garbage I've ever had my food is in correct and there is curly hair in my fries I wouldn't feed this cold food to my dog The pictures are wrong I ordered a whole sandwich and got a quarter the fries are hard as a rock and filled with grease. Absolute garbage!
I absolutely love this sandwich shop! All the ingredients are so fresh. The veggies are top quality and the breads and wraps are soft and delicious. The macaroni and potato salads are incredible. I just discovered this place a week ago and I have already ordered from them 3 times. I'll continue being a repeat customer. Thank you.
They did sandwich trays for my daughters birthday. Everything was fresh and delicious. Delivery was right on time. First of many more times we'll use them for catering.
For a veggie lover Mr.M's is where it's at. They have ALL the fixings. Always Cold an Fresh!
