There's literally no place like this. We wanted a late evening dessert and not ice cream. This place hit the spot. From the customer service to the flavors, recommendations, and prices, worth it 100%!! DELICIOUS AND WARM COOKIES!!!
I have been here so many times. I have even recommended friends. And family. Two cookies and cream. Love the place. But this time I am poorly satisfied. Cookie not even warmed up icing not even melted guava is hard. My shake doesn’t have none of the cookies or any of it inside it it’s just a shake.

Nice place but still pretty new. Ice cream quality was good and cookie was nice. Good change from dairy queen. I hope they do a little more to get people's attention.
The cookies weren’t freshly baked and the cookie was hard to bite. The bite was horrible!
Cookies not fresh not even tasty at all. No selection. Charge a 4% service charge on the card for what? Clerk knows nothing of business practices. Worst 10 dollars ever spent
The owner of this establishment isn’t very honorable.. :( working there I watched the owner take short cuts and lie. He might say I was a bad employee who didn’t listen. Truthfully I was fired for not responding to the bosses text message. I showed up for every shift (never late) I was always there to help. It’s sad to see these kind of people thrive off of the work others do and claim as their own.
Fix your air conditioner people! If you want people to come into your business that is relatively new… When Dairy Queen is right around the street… At least have air conditioning for them! We live in South Florida with 100° weather outside.This was my first time ever in the store and as I’m going through the reviews , another customer complained about the same AC problem… Nine months ago!Ice cream was OK… But not like Dairy Queen‘s blizzard! Won’t be going back…
We were expecting a fun ice cream, cookie, shake shop. What we experienced was lack luster. The gentleman at the counter did not say 1 word to my family and I upon entering, the only customers in the store. He was on his phone the entire time. Once we made our decision, he took our order accurately, but with no enthusiasm. My kids enjoyed their ice cream but wouldn't want to return, wasn't exactly a friendly atmosphere. They just wanted to leave quickly.
I am giving this 3 stars for a multitude of reasons. They offer milkshakes, cookies and ice cream. All of which they do not have some of the staple flavors. They don’t even offer cookie dough or coffee. I ended up getting cotton candy & birthday cake. The ice cream was fine but you don’t say to yourself “oh my god this is so good”. I also got a cookies n cream cookie and was disappointed. It’s more like a cookie with some Oreo and then they put a little frosting on it and it really lacked a cookies n cream taste. I feel like I could make it better myself at home and they are called “midnight cookies n cream” so one would expect the cookies n cream cookie to be really good. Honestly if I’m getting ice cream there’s a bunch of other places I would pick over this place.
