Menchie's is a very well run and a very effective frozen yogurt shop that I would highly recommend. Menchie's offers a plethora of different frozen yogurt flavors, along with a large choice of toppings to add as well. The best thing is that you are able to mix and match everything and you only pay for the amount that you buy. Overall a very nice place!

The only reason I left this location a 1, was because the blond lady I guess the manager was very rude, my toddler was running/playing in the kid section and she yelled at him and told him to sit down! Like if he was her child, which made us feel VERY uncomfortable, disrespected, rushed and unwelcome. She was cleaning the tables around us, dragging chairs, etc but the way she was acting made us feel like “okay you guys are taking to long, leave already”, and it was like around 8:30pm.Unfortunately we won’t be coming back to the davie location, HR needs to bring this up to that employee. she can’t be getting loud or yell at anyones kids(babies) No class at all, I was very dissatisfied and so uncomfortable w the visit. I was livid because she yelled at my 3yr old. Never again we will coming back to this location.
My family loves Menchies :) it is always so clean and delicious. The staff has always been helpful and I recently had an amazing conversation with the manager Kat. So nice and has great conversation. Will always be coming back
Love Menchie's froyos. Great location with friendly service. They've plenty of flavors & lots of new flavors get added seasonally. Have visited this place several times & will keep visiting again. Kudos to the team members at this location.
Just left picking up a to go order. Very rude girls working at counter. Shouldn't work customer service if cannot be polite.Yes was definitely this location! I work for a delivery service. I was picking up for a customer that ordered through an app.

I just personally think that people should wear a mask while serving themselves toppings and yogurt since we are in the middle of a pandemic. The ice cream is fine and the workers are fine but the rule that you can go in without a mask is not okay.
We enjoy it for some quick froyo with the kids. They're clean, friendly, with a satisfying selection of flavors.
Great spot, wonderful selection, and has managed post covid protocols in a way that feels reasonable.
