Our experience today was excellent. There was a short line at drive thru. Whole process was seamless. Order was correct. I swear food window person was handing food out as we were pulling up. I wish the locations in our area were 1/4 as good as this one! KUDOS!!!
Had a bad experience with manager Sam. Credit card machine was malfunctioning and she tried to insist i pay cash (not possible). Then gave me a hard time over two mcdoubles! ridiculous. Tried to insist an employee give me half my order because their machine couldn't process my payment. RIDICULOUS! Will be contacting corporate to ensure the employee that gave me my full order will not get in trouble. Horrendous customer service on Manager Sam's part, avoid her at all costs.
One of the nicer McDonald's. Drive through is always fast and staff is friendly.
Okay, so there isn't much that you can do about the food, but in service, this McDonald's has some very good employees. I had a taste for a sausage McMuffin and decided to stop here on the way to a nearby Costco. I ordered two sausage McMuffins in the "breakfast paring" which was 89 cents each. How can you beat that price? The service was efficient and I was on my way quickly.
