The only reason I eat here is becouse it'sthe closes to my home. Everyone i ever encounter here since 2018 when i moved to the area has an Attitude, and when asked to correctThe order they get mad at the customer, roll eyes and all... yall really need to do better, who ever worked this shift needs a serious customer service course
Worst McDonald’s ever! The staff there is incompetent! Constantly gets orders wrong. Went through drive thru for breakfast this morning took 30 plus minutes to get my food. They had me park for 20 mins. Then I went into the store to see where my food was, and had to wait another 10 mins. Didn’t even include straws for the oj’s. No napkins. Definitely had plenty of people working. I wasn’t the only one waiting. 4 other customers that went through drive thru told to park. They were still waiting when I left.
Manager just came outside to curse at me for blowing my horn after i waited in silence at the damn drive thru speaker for 5 mins with no greeting so i then said hello 5 times nobosaid said ish so i drove to all 3 windows and nobody was staffed at none of the windows so i wentto the fromt door and knocked still nobody came so i went back around to drive thru guess she was on bathroom break who knows but she continued to swear at me and told me she's not making my order i said i dont eat this trash this is a door dash order
Girl kinda of gave me an attitude when I was paying and I told her the price did not reflect my coupon. My daughter's large fries was only half way full. Shes only 4 and she noticed.
Took a bite of my burger, with a whole piece of parchment paper still attached to the burger. Also buddy in the drive-through was probably high as a kite, I repeated myself 6 six times for a 6 piece McNugget. I had to tell him at the window. I know it’s McDonald’s but still need to practice food safety and common sense. Nuggets we’re good tho.

Kudos to this crew ! I haven't been inside a Mc Donald's for a while. The entire crew was working with a smile on their face while they were swamped of work. The manager caught some young teenagers been a little destructive and very kindlly ask them to " please clean up the mess they had created and to please keep it down " . I was amazed that the young teenagers imediatly complied. After all that , the manager went to them and even said " Thank you so much !" " Have a great great day " ?. He was super pleasant to them . My friends and I couldn't helped to make the situation our conversation at that moment. I'll definitely return. PS , place is super clean ! ?
Lights are on but no one’s home… 11:30PM, they’re supposed to be open, and there’s just no one here. $15/hr… hmmm, I don’t think so.Edit: I saw an employee walking around inside… She’s literally hiding.
This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to got the order wrong the fries were cold the burger tasted like nothing then I was trying to call them and nobody answers this was april 9th at 2am woke up called again many times nothing waited that long for garbage its fast food and I know its garbage but at least make it taste good
I had a mobile order, they said they couldn't find it. Sent me up to the window and they said the next window has it. Went to the next window and the manager wouldn't even look at me when asked if he had my order, he just nodded his head. Very unprofessional and they messed up my order.
