A pure disaster !!! Stopped by last night (around 9:45pm) and it was a mess. First, there was only one car lane for drive-thru. Then it told about 7 minutes for someone to take the order when at the station. Then, they rang the wrong order so wrong food, so even if it was their mistakes, I had to give them back my card so they would charge more … and guess what, they still messed up the order after that !This location is a disaster! Poor customer service, long wait time and wrong order… serious management issues at this location … Avoid it like the plague !!!
Idk why. But this Mcdonald's is one if the best in my area.
This location looks like something out of a Horror Movie, with an old, dirty building.. Hardly any signage at the drive thru and expired signs at the window. Rude employees too. I ordered, against my better judgement. Can't imagine what the INSIDE of the place looks like. My God!!!
Drive through was very fast for lunchtime, given wrong sauces for nuggets. Parking lot and drive through is VERY tight, wouldn’t recommend an F250 or larger.
my friend has autism and the manager and workers were very not understanding whatsoever and acted extremely rude and disrespectful. I found if very shocking that when I had mentioned this as a reason to explain why he acting as such the worked called us liars.
It was Mc okay. What can I say it's McDonald's. I'm in an electric wheelchair so it was a little hard getting into the door I'm trying to do it myself. And no one really helped they just stared at me. When I got to the counter they were pretty quick with my order.
Apparently you have to order a large in order to get a Medium size smoothie amount. Straws and napkins must be experiencing supply chain shortages.No one there that got a drink received a straw. 1 by 1 they all came back in to ask for one and no napkins.All of the ordering machines worked and the dining area was in pretty nice shape and they even have computers set up for use but customer service could use a little bit of work
Great Service, Use Meal Deals & coeds to get discount on purchases or points to get meals. Didn't realize I had accumulated so many points; To get further reductions or free meals
Don't bother using the drive thru, they will still make you go to the parking lot and wait. It defeats the whole purpose of have a drive thru.
Fast food, fast. Fries were hot and my sandwich was just the way I ordered it. Staff was very courteous at the drive-thru window. Best of all my order was correct. Keep up the good work at this McDonald's location. Would go back to this McDonald's
