12.49 for a double quarter and a large fry. You gotta be kidding me the double quarter pounder is starting look smaller like a dollar menu burger. They don't even fill up the fries. There only one customer and they still take 15 minutes
This place is neverly properly staffed at night. If you want to order something after 11 PM be ready to wait 10-30 minutes to get through the line. The workers are doing the best they can, it's the managers that should be ashamed for not staffing more people.
They warm up old food & serve it to you bread bun on fish sandwich Streusel up because they left in the microwave too long…just awful service
By far, the friendliest McDonald's I have ever been to. The young lady at the counter, looks really new but very professional, was ver patient as my daugcoukd not decide . She took our order and got our food faster than ever. She is an asset and hope her managers know and value that. Her amazing demeanor is rare in this business and I will go back just to see that awesome spirit. God bless.
Worst McDonald’s. They’ll have you wait for 10-15 mins and just keep saying one moment please. Need new employees or better management
They steal customers, I’ve applied the 20% discount from the app, they charged me the difference. I spoke with the manager and she is SUPER RUDE and doesn’t have idea how to make a simple percentage count. Terrible customer service and the food is the worst that I haven see in my life!
If you are coming to the drive-thru during late night, bring a pillow because you going to fall asleep waiting for your food. A little message to the owner of this restaurant: PUT MORE PEOPLE ON THE NIGHT SHIFT. Please!!!!
In store service not so great, waited 15 minutes at the register just to order a 10 pc chicken nuggets meal. There was no line inside, just myself waiting since the kiosk wasn't working. They (even manager) saw me standing there yet took no action until a young guy finally came over.
I am providing a 1 star for the following, i was at the drive thru and was told only breakfast and cash. I ordered a Mcmuffing with Chicken amd egg as a meal and orange juice. Was charged $11.50 and no receipt was provided.I believe that if you are not ready to provide full service you should not be open 24 hrs
They make you wait order at the call box for 20 minutes before even placing your order. They keep saying one moment. Worst service. Needs to close down.
