Manager had a horrible attitude! If you work here or anywhere else it's important to have a good attitude, it reflects the brand and if your attitude is garbage then your job position is garbage.....manager, go find something else you might like to do, try taking the garbage out, that might be a good position for you. Manager had a do-rag on just to identify whom I'm speaking about. Go get burgers elsewhere!
The most disappointing aspect of going to McDonald’s is that it’s NOT the same as when we were kids. The food is really disgusting and the service sucks! It’s unfortunately the sign of the times. All “fast food” places are the same with an exception with Chick-Fil-A . They have it together. Not a fan of their “ religious “ beliefs but they do run a tight ship.Mc Donald’s food has definitely changed through the years. It is hard to eat it…Every now and again, I get the urge for Mc Donald’s and I just can’t finish my burger because it doesn’t taste like “ real” food…Such a shame … oh and they forgot something in my order… I tried to call the store to let them know and no one picks up the phone… it just rings… I guess like the phone…. These are the signs of the times. R.I.P. my childhood McDonalds memories ?
My siblings and I went to ordered some food on drive through last night, and kindly asked the lady to please do separate orders because each of us wanted to to pay our own stuff. To which the lady was super rude and said she didn’t have time to do that. Then we paid with a big bill and she almost literally threw our drinks on our faces, also she said yelled to us “if you have enough money why are you asking for separate orders” which I found super disrespectful. Then she comes back with the change but she doesn’t give us a receipt. Throughout this whole times I stayed still and calm. But I do ask once again nicely for a receipt to what she at first tells me she printer isn’t working, so I told her “then can you please let me know the total of everything because we need to split it” and she says to us to drive to the front door and wait there that she was gonna bring our receipt. We do that and we got down the car, and the front door was locked, we knocked and she was watching us but just never went out. At this point I did get super upset and drove on drive through’s window again, she hide and some other lady was at the window. I explained the situation and how her coworker was extremely rude and disrespectful and asked to speak to a manager. It turned out that the disrespectful woman was the manager in charge for the night so she called her and she had to come out. When she saw it was us left for another while and had us waiting, then she finally came back with the receipt but literally threw it on our face. The I just said “Finally, and by the way terrible costumer service”. Then we left. Such a bad experience. I do not understand how they can have as a manager somebody with that attitude. Btw It was the skinny long curly hair black woman. Never coming to this location again.
Fine when the staff is competent (mostly morning now) but God forbid you get the weekend overnight crew. From double charging me, wrong orders given to downright not wanting to work (they'll say they rebooting the computers whilst you'll find them outside smoking) some of the stuff you gotta put up with if you don't wanna travel to even worse Steak n Shake down the street or further out like University Drive. Unfortunate side effects of it being franchised.
Ordered a sundae ice cream and got half a cup. Then they told me I have to pay extra. Lol I called and spoke to someone who hung up on me. Idk just horrible !
Very rude and unprofessional I came here 3/5/22 at 1140 pm pulled up to order and they said sorry we’re really busy so it’s going to be a while before we could help you then I asked how long ? You guys are about to close? The Mc Donald’s employee then told me you could just leave byeeee in a very immature time. I will never return here again!
Drive through moved very quickly… Everybody was friendly… our order was correct and everything was hot and tasty thanks a lot!
I'm a huge Starbuck fan. Buttttttt this DD changed me back to DD.. originated up in Mass these girls and guys that work here are the besttttt... I look forward to coming. I pass 4 on my way. The iced coffee and maple frosted are my favs.. see ya tomorrow. ?
I had to go too this location between 5am-6am for a Uber order. I went therough drive through since it was empty to inform the pick up. I sat at the intercom for 5min or more and Noone said anything. I double checked Google and Uber to make sure they were open and it was. I pulled up to the window and seen 3 people inside; 1 male and 2 females. The guy was making direct eye contact with me and just kept rolling his eyes. When the two females came around he started just yelling we are closed and popping his hips. I left. Couple min later Uber sent me to the same spot for another order. This time I pulled straight to the window and sat their for a good minute. No one came, as I drove around to leave both females and the guy was sitting outside smoking. I rolled my window down and politely informed that Uber kept sending me here, one responded OKAY AND... I kept my composure and asked are you guys open or not? One of the females answered WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO WITH THE SYSTEM DOWN and they all started laughing. The guy again still doing the most. I told them communication is key.
This McDonald’s is supposed to be 24 hours and on more then one occasion you get up to the drive through to order and they don’t answer so you have to pull up to window and sometimes no one’s there and there inside and won’t answer then I used a code on the app that I use at every other McDonald’s and it works they say it’s not valid very unprofessional
