U haven't had their pizza in a year. I went there yesterday and the drive through lady came across abrasive. 1st the pizzas weren't even cut through, the bread sticks weren't cut through. We had to tear thr pizza and bread sticks apart. For the 4th time they forgot to give me the marinara sauce. The pizza crust was disgusting too. 5 adults at the pizza and later we all were like...I'm never ordering from here again it was actually disgusting. We couldn't believe how terrible the quality went down. Will never go there again. Please send me a refund!
Terrible service. Waiting about 10 minutes before they even noticed we were in the store. They were playing loud music and can’t hear any customers coming in. Then the girls barely spoke any english and didn’t understand my order. Attitude was also terrible, I hope they get rid of that girl.
I’ve ordered from this location a few times and the service was decent, but not this time. I put my pin into both machines and both machines said they didn’t have it, so I go to the counter to see what’s going on only to be ignored by the two ladies at the front who ignored me because they were too engaged in their conversation to acknowledge me. Not only was I ignored, I was treated like I was invisible since 3 of people who came after me were served before me, I waited there for about 20 minutes before I was acknowledged and given my calzone. Finally, I get home only to find out they hadn’t given me my sauce, so I try calling them but they didn’t answer.This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will never be back.
Really guys? First off, the girl at the register for drive through barely knew any English. Barely knew what we were ordering. Then, she answered a phone call from her mother on her cell phone instead of paying attention to our order. She was so wrapped up in her conversation that she added crazy bread to our order. We never wanted crazy bread. We simply wanted Italian cheesy bread and wings. We we're then told to wait 15-20 minutes which was fine. When it was time to go in and pick up our order there was a line out the door because they were being super slow. I work in the food industry so I know when someone is actually trying to kill the line. But anyways... When we got our order, being she didn't give us a reciept, is when we realized why it was so much. (when paying we were confused at to why it was a few dollars more) so being that we don't like conflict, we just left and called it a loss. When we get home and I take my first bite, I realize theres red sauce as if it were a oizza. If I wanted a pizza I would've bought a pizza not a 4 in pizza. I'm really disappointed with this entire encounter. Do better. You guys used to be the best little ceasers ever. No matter where I was, I'd drive all the way there. You won't have my service anymore.
Customer service is awful. My mom wanted to buy 2 sodas and the girl at the door said only cash, she gave her cash and then said only card. Train your employees customer service.
Waited in line at the drive thru for 20+ minutes to pick up an order that I placed ahead of time. Food is good, but you’re better off picking up in-store.
I didn’t catch his name and he said it was his last day at this store but he was truly a sweetheart, definitely has a kind heart and made my day. Thank you for the kindness you showed me today.
This store is going down if they keep the current staff. Horrible attitude and shady. Just went there a few minutes ago and asked for a pepperoni and cheese pizza. She said cash only and it’s $6. I confronted her it’s said $5.55 on the board. She said: “No, $6”. I asked why she said “I dont know, it’s $6”. And then said $5.95 (which is right with tax). Then I agreed to pay but didn’t receive the right change back. Confronted her again then she gave me the short and she waved her hand at me with super ignorant attitude. Never got a receipt either.
As a Detroit native ( home of little cesars ) I've been eating it for 34 years. I can say this was absolutely the WORST pizza I've ever had at ANY little cesars. Deep dish pizza was raw . Not even half cooked. I will never eat here again and make sure all my co workers and friends know not to eat here. Mistakes are made but this is like the third time I've gotten a terrible product from this location. Odds are the owner knows how bad the pizza is and will never respond to this review because no matter what there is always a demand for cheap pizza. Go to any other location .
Very rude staff. I made a pick up oder on the app and instructions said I'd be notified when my order was ready, over an hour later I still had not been notified. I got tired of calling to check but no answer. 3 hours later I finally decided to go, and attendant said the order had been ready, and when I tried to express I had never been notified and that they don't pick up the phone, someone from the back VERY RUDELY talked back that they don't pick up the phone for that... alluding I was stupid for calling.Sooo why does the store have a phone?? And if they don't notify OR pick up the phone how am I supposed to know my order is ready? Horrible service. Never coming back.
