Nice looking store with a few crafted selections for your bubble tea.We ordered a Paradise and a Tropical. The Paradise was great but the Tropical was a bit too sour (the mango didn't taste right).A dollar extra for Boba seems higher than any other place I have visited.
The tea is mediocre, their ice cream is ok. It was honestly really disappointing that the ice cream was hollow inside the swirls. The ice cream is definitely overpriced. The boba itself is actually good but the teas themselves were watery and the matcha didn't mix in well. The Matcha was ok, the dragon fruit drink was wack. It is a very cute and nice environment. Plus the couch/booth sitting is unreasonably comfortable.

Cute little spot. Love the decor inside and the falling flowers from the ceiling is so pretty. Their fruit teas are delicious especially the paradise one, that's my favorite. It has passion fruit and mango with orange slices so good and refreshing. I added popping bobas and now I'm addicted. The matcha green tea is excellent just the perfect amount of matcha. You can actually taste the matcha not like some places all you can taste is milk because they can be cheap and add little amount of matcha. We also tried their soft serve ice cream (matcha parfait and vanilla swirl) it was rich and delightful.
Loved jade tea house! Literally felt like we were drinking a tropical paradise! I loved the pieces of mango in my drink! And we love popping boba so this was great! Sometimes your not in the mood for milk and tapioca boba bc it’s sooo filling and sometimes you just want a refresher and this totally did the trick. We drove from Tamarac all the way to Davie just for this boba tea and it didn’t disappoint!! One thing I miss about LA is that they have boba houses on every corner almost like Starbucks and i wish that it was like that here but I’ll still go out of my way and drive to the tea house bc it was just so great! Hopefully we get more of them!
This place is so good. Black milk tea has an interesting taste like brown sugar or honey or chocolate. It’s not too weak. Tasted perfect with 25% sugar. The boba is chewy but soft. They also have mango and strawberry popping boba which is like a grape with filling. Matcha soft serve was also good and I don’t usually like matcha.
Very beautiful ambiance and decor which makes you want to come in and stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Matcha parfait and matcha swirl soft serve was delicious, but our drinks were just ok. Egg coffee was a little on the sweeter side and the coffee did not taste like the viet coffee we were expecting. Not sure if you can ask for stronger coffee and less sweetener, but we will try next time. The strawberry bliss drink was just not good. So sad I was wooed by the photo in the poster stand at the checkout desk. It looked so attractive with the swirls, but the taste definitely fell short. The strawberry tasted artificial and plastic-ky and it left a weird aftertaste in our mouths. Each of us took 1-2 sips to make sure and it was all agreed among the 4 of us that something tasted off about it. Unfortunately, that big cup got tossed after only taking a few sips.
When you first walk in the aesthetic is very modern and cute. The service was really good and they were able to give me some recommendations for their different drinks. The average drink price was $5.50 and they also had some dessert items such as vanilla and matcha soft serve. The tea tasted like normal and wasn’t anything too special.
We have tried many bubble teas and this place is one of my favorites. The atmosphere is super cute. I love the cups - they are super sturdy that the cups can be reused again. The taste and quality is superb. Very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this place A+
I didn't get anything, but my friend got the Sunset Bubba Tea and she loved it!the place has beautiful deco and Madison provided us excellent customer service.Def coming back! :)
