Very unfriendly and rude staff member picture here. Absolutely not interested in caring for customers. Is these kind of behavior from staff members that make businesses fail. I will not recommend
Stopped in to eat before heading for a show at Hard Rock. 45 minutes after ordering. I managed to find our waiter and asked about our order. After another 10 minutes, half of our party of four got their food. Still more time passed and I flagged down some random employee and informed them we had to leave our miss our show. No one seemed to know or care what the problem was.
Solid sports bar overall. The staff was awesome and had some good convos with a couple of the bartenders.Drinks were priced decent. The food was hit or miss in my opinion. The ribs, chicken tenderz and fried pickles were hits. The pepperoni pizza was a miss. More hits though, so that's good!
The general manager is just bringing my favorite dessert he’s one of the best general managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!

General manager is amazing! Service is always great. I have been coming for the last 5 months and never had gotten disappointed. The general manager needs a raise he goes beyond and above.

Our first time here, my brother in law invited us. We were sat immediately and just sat there. We were a party of 3, they gave us 2 menus. Had multiple servers walk by us, but none stoped to ask if we had been seen. After about 20 mins and watching another table get sat with prompt service, we got up and left. Not cool Geronimo's
