Usually pretty quick to get order. Food is hit and miss. Sometimes good and sometimes not so much. Service is mediocre.The bar is split from inside and outside. So, bartenders have to go back and forth. Not a good setup for service.
I left my purse there by accident. When I called they had it locked in a safe, and all of my belongings were still in it. Very relieved to have such honest people working at my go-to Flanigans, and thank you Jim the manager that was on staff when I called the next morning regarding my purse. Very helpful and polite!
Music way too loud Service was fast. The boys liked the ribs.

Terrific young woman. On point with every aspect of client service. Attentive, calm, always smiling, thorough professional. Food was great...as usual! Angelica, change job as you do not want to take of customers that come in after work to unwind and relax!When asked a question give answer that makes sense you run customers off I watch it again tonight.I been coming to Flanigan’s since the 1960s . You need to care about The people and the owners that made this company great. We normally buy 6 to 7 pitchers plus food , just one tonight. Have a good life and fix yourself.
Our waiter Patrick was great. The food was good for a seafood bar and grill type of establishment. chicken wings were plump and juicy. overall, great ambiance and food.
I am being generous with 2 stars. Saturday night and we know it's busy, but took a really long time to get drinks consistently and to even get food. My burger was overcooked and extremely dry, I could barely eat it. Couldn't get an available manager but at any rate, we paid and left. Likely won't be back anytime soon. Just be cautious!
Horrible place ,nasty food. I ordered the salmon 3 times raw so discosting and the rasberry margarita like water and lemon horrible flavor. The manager a looser . The waitress F plus for the service.
Server was clueless. She didn't even know the specials. Ordered some burgers and a Philly chease steak. Specifically asked for no wing sauce, burger had wing sauce. Son asked for medium burger, was cooked well done. Also asked server about 50% discount on drinks, she said yes. Bill arrived drinks were 25% off. Manager stated it's up to 50% off even though it states differently on menu. They also charged me an additional $3 for substituting vegetables for potato. The vegetables are available for $3,99 as an additional side. Server was worst in years, took 15min between serving food and returning. We won't be visiting any Flanigan's locations in the future. Much better food and service at Texas Roadhouse.
