If you’re black don’t apply to work here the racism is as bright as the sun outside. I went in to pick up my order and it’s atleast 8 or more Spanish employees working inside some in which aren’t doing nothing and the 1 black employee is outside in 90 degree weather watering plants smh I’m so disgusted I’ll never go back to this Dunkin I rather drive to another county.
The food here is your typical DD breakfast fare and it's good my complaint is about the young man they have stationed outside taking payments. This kid walks up to your window and just stands there and looks at you. Doesn't greet,smile or say why he's there. In fact he clearly is not enjoying his job and looks as if he's being held hostage and forced to work for free.
No quality control at this location. When getting takeout from drive through, be sure you check it before you leave. Mistakes 3 times this week, I won’t be back to this location. There are many other locations on my driv, which is typical for everyone one.
I don't understand how hard it is to get an order right.honestly I come to this location every single day and order the same exact thing....I use the same words when I order and somehow they always manage to completely screw it up.....if I say the words ice coffee.with cream.extra Suger and extra caramel....how come I get a ice coffee with no sugar and a cup of ice creamer....there is literally no coffee in my ice coffee....and this has been an issue for 20 consecutive orders .as I order I hear them laughing .there is nothing funny about someone getting coffee so I shouldn't hear any giggling ...take your job serious or go claim unemployment because I'm done being nice to their face for now on I'll address it to their face.
They hired new staff and of course messed up my orders. On top of that there is this one kid who looks like he doesn't want to be on this planet let alone working.I can understand the Monday look but this person looks depressed 24/7. I certainly don't want to go back it's too depressing.
The GM needs to go. She is terrible. She handled my drink right after blowing her nose. GROSS! I'm even with the drive-thru window and she has my coffee in her hands and makes me pull up 10 feet before she would hand it to me. I said this is ridiculous and she actually pulled my drink away from me. I asked for my receipt and she said come inside and get it. Really? I don't go inside because it is so crowded. I should not be spoken to by a GM that way. Inappropriate way for management to act. I've ordered my coffee at 4:30am and drove to the store to find no one but the donut guy there. This has happened about 10 times this past year. I've lost and wasted my free drinks and money I've spent on my coffee because I have to drive to another location. This GM is never nice or pleasant. She doesn't deserve this position. She has handled me my drink before and with such force I'm surprised the plastic cup didn't break. This location is so busy that they need a GM that actually cares about customers. I certainly hope this gets the owners attention because Dunkin headquarters don't care. This location is going to lose a lot of customers because of her.
The employees make this a fantastic place to visit! They are always energetic and fast to fulfill orders. They look organized and everyone doest their best, everyday, to make your order and get you out to start your day fast. If I'm going to Dunkin, I try to go here. The employees that make your food wear a mask! Even when we're back to fully normal, post COVID, anyone making foods should wear gloves and a mask so not to spread their germs to customers.
Management here is pretty awful, the food is great and up to standard of any other Dunkin in the area, but they're frequently understaffed leading to long lines and super stressed workers. Management's treatment of employees is genuinely embarrassing to have to watch - makes me want to go to a different Dunkin.
No wonder this one is always busy! The staff is fantastic, and managers are amazing! You can easily tell everyone is truly happy to be working at this location! Always a pleasure to grab our coffee and donuts from this location! We’ll done!
Natalia is the best! I decided to go into store today instead of drive-thru. She finally got my order correctly - grilled cheese on a croissant. I’ve ordered it twice and it had been made wrong both times. The mask doesn’t help since I’m very soft spoken but she asked me to repeat myself and listened very closely to my order. I’ve worked at Dunkin before so I know how it can get. Really happy I got the sandwich I wanted.
