I went to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning around 9am this morning the cashier was very nice and then my friend said that the drink was wrong so we asked them to please fix it for us one of the coworkers was very nice about it. I go sit down and I bought a pesto and tomato cheese sandwich I asked for no tomatoes there was tomatoes on it so I went and told one of the coworkers about it and the other coworker went to tell the lady that was making bacon and the sandwiches and I see her whispering to the other coworker more less saying that she did it on purpose and the other coworkers smirks which I feel this was very unprofessional why apply to Dunkin’ Donuts to work at if you’re going to be rude to the customer then another customer came up to me and said that he always has issue every morning again if you want to work in a environment like this you should be very respectful to all customers.
I come every single day but Sundays. I haven’t ate meat in years all I ask for is a egg and cheese croissant and hash browns and this is the second time I get a meat product in my food. Out of all things pork in my sandwich today
No customer greeting or customer services at all .everyone who was there today was make you fell they do not want to be there .from rolling eyes out when other customer ask a question to not thanking just drop other in counter specting customer to look in to bag and find out what's my order ,,horrible place I will never got back ..and its not the first time ..

Had a bad experience this time. My cappuccino was half empty and the sugar was a big clump on the bottom of the cup. Breakfast wraps were burnt also. Usually this place is great.
One of the worst Dunkin’s in this area. The doughnuts are always stale.I ordered a hot small coffee received cold old coffee workers are always messing around and forgetting peoples orders would not recommend this Dunkin to anyone.
Always happy to run in to get my usual maple bacon sandwich double toasted with hash browns and a few donut holes. The crew in here are always on point, friendly and good customer service.
This is by far the best Dunkin’ location I’ve ever been to. The staff is very professional and super friendly with all of the guests. I do a mobile order around 11am 3 to 5 times a week on my way to work and this is the best way to start my day. My drink is always ready for me as I walk through the door and I’m always greeted with a smile. Kudos to the amazing staff at this location!!
Great staff during the morning shift on weekdays but one visit during Saturday morning cause this review. Wallet left behind and employees from the morning shift are confuse as to where they put my wallet.Afternoon leader on duty was a great help but I left after 2 hours still with no wallet.I consider that theft by employee!!!!!
