Coffee was supper bitter and syrupy. It tasted like old reheated coffee. It also had little pieces of curdled milk floating at the top of the coffee. Bottomline it was not drinkable.Spoke to the manager 2 hours later and she refused to accommodate me because I did not bring it back immediately.The manager was very combative, and could not understand why I could not leave my job to return a coffee that should have never been served in the first place.Never apologized and refused to allow me to get a new coffee. I ended up just repurchasing the coffee from another location. Overall terrible customer service from the manager.
I love all the people at location, but this time around I am really upset. I waited about 20 minutes in line, my coffee came out wrong got a size large. I guess they ran out of the sweet flavor of the coffee I usually get which no one told me, I then proceed inside as I’m already late for work. I asked if I can get an iced caramel macchiato instead since they didn’t have the flavor that I had and I would get a size medium. Manager rolled her eyes and told me I had to pay a difference keep in mind I already waited 20 minutes and I’m now extra late to work because of this.She was the shift leader named Emily, super mean and unfriendly. Instead of just giving me my coffee. She’s make a huge deal over a few cents. I’m super disappointed because this is the dunk and I always go to and I love the other manager that works there but this certain employee needs to find a new job and be friendlier and know how to talk to people.so now I’m drinking a coffee that I don’t even like, was forced to get…. Very nice location with open floor space and outdoor seating. Noticed they had two rooms for conference as well.They deserve a 5 star for the environment, but I was helped by a male manager, clearly he was not in a good mood, The feeling is that he was doing us a favor by helping us, I did not appreciate much since I was with family and expected better service. The experience was on April 2nd 2022.
tried over and over to make my order clear at the drive-thru yesterdayi must have been sitting there for two or three minutes just trying to explain that no, i do not want 6 cream and sugars in my coffeethat’s still what i got despite telling them several times i do not want thatthey also placed my donut upside down in the bag so all the frosting got stuck on the bag, leaving none on the donuti work at a drive-thru restaurant, it’s not that hard to take down and make an order with 3 items in it
The way Dan and Kuljit operates this franchise is phenomenal!! You all have an amazing team. Extremely professional and proficient. Keep up the great work!
My favorite DD around. ? Friendly team and the food, coffee, and donuts are always fresh and delicious.
Been going for years but lately it's gotten unbearable. $5 for a coffee that tastes as if nothing was in it. That and every time I go the drink taste completely different even though I always oder the same item.
Excellent Dunkin location. Plenty of seating inside and out. 2 meeting rooms available to rent. Very clean. Friendly staff.
The drive thru was organized and speedy. Didn't wait too long to get my order and everything was correct.
Horrible. 1st. There's at least 7 ppl working. I'm at the counter by myself and waited for at least 4 mins before I had to ask someone to help me.2nd. I ordered a hashbrown, diet coke and a cup of ice. Said cup of ice at least 3 times at register. Of course no cup of ice. Had I known the hashbrowns would consist of COLD hashbrowns and only FOUR small little tater to sized pieces, I NEVER would have ordered them. At least freakn cook them for me. Asked again for cup of ice, NOTHING. Asked again someone got for me. But the absolute BIGGEST problem by far was the 1 older lady and 1 younger girl behind the counter eating. And the older one was lacking all of her fingers. Which is disgusting on it's own. The younger one just sat at the drive through window eating and serving ppl for 10 mins.Oh, and of course another 1 was on her cell phone the whole time.This place is horrible. I DEFINITELY don't recommend and I personally wouldn't go there again if someone paid me to.
