Used to be one of the greatest stores but since kovac they make good coffee early later in the day not so good and do not go there one hour before closing cuz they have nothing available.
Rude servers, never have anything.. how you call yourself a donut shop and dont have donuts? Worst service i had in years.. its a shame they give franchise to people like this

Just placed an order on the app at 9:21 AM and didn't get it until 9:42 AM and it was just a coffee,, some bacon, and hashbrowns. They forgot to make the food portion of the order for 20 min and had to be reminded twice. Another patron also had the same issue while I was standing there. The walk up window is a failure if you order food. That or just gross incompetence.
This weston location has a walk up window for pick which i thought kinda cool ?
Highly disappointed that the employees are not wearing facemasks in this Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s discouraging that’s such a popular company dealing with food does not have a mask mandate in the middle of the worst pandemic of our lifetime.
Customer service is awful. Not helpful & just rude.
Awful service. Cashier not a morning person. We were 6 but watched 10+ people go through the outside window and walk away with their food. Took a while to even get our order in and once that was done they absolutely did not go in order. Waited over an hour… A FULL HOUR….. then order was wrong but did not wanted to wait another hour for them to fix it so I ended up leaving after an hour and with missing items.
Just had the worst experience at dunkin' Donuts in weston. Got two dozen donuts and asked for napkins as I was given no napkins, with two dozen donuts..plus they had no bags either. I was provided makeshift all messed up napkins I asked for more napkins in a nice way nicely stacked if they can give them to me from the back like before they go into the dreaded dispenser. Victoria so nice trid to do me a solid. Maria the manager on the other hand was adamant that I needed to sit there and take one by one napkin out of the machine. Once she saw me getting the napkins myself..then she came over and said that she would fill the napkins for the customers.. Horrible service. Horrendous customer service.
