Absolutely terrible. Not once have they ever gotten my order right in the drive through. Even if I order online and have the donut I wanted selected for example, so all the have to do is get the right one and they can’t even do that. So you can forget about them getting your coffee order correct! And if you order multiple bakery items they just toss them in a bag all together. No napkins of course either? and not to mention the attitude.
Would give ZERO STARS if an option. Been coming to this store EVERY SINGLE MORNING, Monday to Friday, for a whole office of people for about 3 weeks now after switching locations from the Fort Lauderdale one. Its a nightmare. I spend between $20 and $40 PER DAY there. Now, thats going to Starbucks where I know I will get what I ordered and paid for. Not LESS than what I paid for, for about the 8th time in the previous 2 weeks.
BEYOND DISGUSTED *COVID HEALTH HAZARD !! * Went through the drive through and saw as the older Hispanic lady handed the person in front of me my coffee. The lady in front of me gave it back to the employee and the employee handed it right to me. Ewww germs anyways I drove off and saw that the sausage egg and cheese I ordered was wrong they gave me bacon egg and cheese so i had to go through the drive through again and the lady wanted to take the sandwich back so bad. (They’ll probably give it away to the next person) but I told them to make me a new one first and they refused to give me my sandwich unless I handed the wrong one first. I am absolutely disgusted with this location will never be returning. The business owner clearly doesn’t care that the employees are wasting hundreds of dollars every day.This location is most likely spreading COVID around
The service is great. The best attitude from the staff. Love it.This is the most clean and organized DD I ever visit so far
My wife walked to this store to do a walk in order of a coffee and Free Friday Donut. She was told that she had to do the drive thru for this offer. Must order in advance. My wife even showed the employee her app offers. Employee couldn't care what app said, must do drive thru.
Server was not kind, and a little rude. Also they did not have WiFi, even thought they had a sign out from saying they did. Only reason I stopped here vs somewhere else
I do like coming here however to often the food is not fresh , and it’s morning time !To many times we get hard bagels that are not fresh and barley cream cheese .The doughnuts are hardly soft and fresh :( I won’t be coming anymore . I’m tired of loosing money
Horrible service. Walked in to place an order, there was only a couple waiting by the mobile to go counter for their order to be completed. I waited 6 minutes for someone to acknowledge me or take my order. The manager and cashier seemed to be involved in a conversation while making coffee. Totally disappointed and left. Had to rate this location one star however would have preferred no stars but that is not an option. Customer service at its lowest!
I worked here for 3 years over 10 years ago. Decided to come in for a French cruller and to see any familiar faces. Saw one waited over 15 minutes. Manager saw me plus 3 workers. Poor service I walked out. Certainly not the same when Joe was manager would have never happened.
Gross latte! Tasted burnt! Keep driving to the NEXT drive thru.
