Joseph the Manager and his assistant manager are not well organized, both of them all they do is joke and they don’t provide a great customer service experience. I was waiting for snaking bacon and a aguacatoe toast and I expressed to Joseph that I’ve been waiting for over 5 minutes and his exact words where and I’m here speaking with you , I said to Joseph don’t speak to me in that manner and he asked me if I wanted my money back. Joseph and his assistant manager are rude and disrespectful and neither one of them care for there customers time and for the looks of it they don’t lead by example.Very poor service provided by the both of them!!!! Gia how ever she’s the evening manager and she’s very professional and very attendant and she provides great customer service Gia I guess I will switch to evenings to have my coffee.
Oh man I wish I had ask for the name of the girls attending because I just had an amazing experience there (Saturday near 11pm). The customer service these two girls gave all while during a busy rush hour late at night (while seemingly understaff) was off the charts.These are the kind of people that win customers for life. They were cordial, funny, helpful and from what I saw with other customers orders, fast. They got my order fast too but got so caught up they forgot an item but one of the girls came to check up on me and quickly return with my item and even a little extra as an apology. Needless to say I'm very pleased and glad I went there. Best Dunkin I've stopped, will be coming back as a regular now.
Terrible !!!! Waited in drive thru line for over 15 mins only for other cars to cut in front of me. When I asked why I was being skipped and nobody was taking my order I was told there was a person taking orders on an iPad. Instead of taking my order I was ignored. Will never come here again and will tell others not to as well.
The girl working in the window today at 4:50am was fantastic. Super friendly and fast, not qualities I’ve encountered at most Dunkin Donuts.
Came at 6:15am and the doors was locked. I asked what time do you guys open and the guy said 6am. When I told them it’s past 6am they just continued to work and I stood at the door for 10min and still they never payed me any attention.
Dunkin Davie bad service. nothing professional slow. for a simple coffee, not efficient new employees and aggressive managerI will i go to McDonald's or wanna better service
Elias that works outside for the drive through was cursing and getting loud to the other employee saying what do you do out here and I think he was being extremely rude and Unappropriate. my child who is 3 can hear him cursing and being loud that is not good customer service and extremely unprofessional.
Just got off 3rd shift and hangry, woman taking drive thru orders was super sweet Gayle I believe her name was. I'll definitely be back.

I was just at the location of 2895 Davie Rd, Davie, FL 33314. Between 6:15-6:28pm. The girl taking the orders at the drive-through, I asked if they had any ice cream cakes after seeing the Baskin Robbins sign next to the menu board. She responded with" this is not Baskin Robbins" with laughter in the voice. I responded with "Do you know that there's a sign showing that you sell ice cream cakes?" I tried to call the location to make a complaint. The phone just rings and there is no answering machine to leave a message. I was under the impression that a manager is on location at all times. I spend a lot of money in this location buying donuts, coffee and ground coffee 3 bags at a time, I buy coffee and donuts for our board meetings. I will no longer be doing so. You can thank your rude employee. No employee has the right to be rude to ANY customer. She did apologize but after I said something to her. Makes you wonder, If she was rude to me, how may other customers has she been rude to.
