I have ordered only a few items from Davie Taco Bar. I usually get the Tacos de Birria con Queso (Cheese Birria Tacos), and they are by far the best birria tacos I’ve had! The beef was very tender and juicy, and the tortilla was not soggy whatsoever. When it came to the broth I was very fearful because many of the broths that I’ve had from other taco shops tend to always be extremely oily and nasty, but the broth that my tacos came with was very rich and delicious and was paired with cilantro and onions that really made it over the top. Usually, I would throw out my broth side once I’ve finished my taco, however with this, one could very easily drink it straight out the container and enjoy it as a soup. Along with the tacos, I ordered the Churros and Chocolate for dessert. The churros I received were a little bit over-cooked and dry, but this could be contributed to the fact it took a minute for me to receive it. They are definitely not shy with the chocolate and pour a lot on top, I do wish that it was less because I feel this caused the churros to be very soggy. Despite this, I would still say I was pleased with churros,, they weren’t too sweet and the chocolate it came with was very tasteful. Altogether, I would rate the quality and taste of the food a 9/10, I have tried around 4 different places that serve Birria Tacos and no place has even come close to Davie Taco Bar Agave!
Easily TOP 5 Taco Spots In South florida. From outside you cannot tell. I stumbled across this place by accident. Needed to use restroom. I’ve recommended this place to so many people! Staff is always nice and friendly. I’ve eaten here about 6 times already. Food is awesome here.. Trust me! I love tacos SON! I always get the pork belly or the pork shredded tacos. Sometimes I do the steak. The birria tacos are delicious as well. My only thing with the meats sometimes the seasoning for the meat isn’t always consistent. For example. I’ve eaten there 6 times. 3 times 100% awesome. The other 3 times 60% .. idk if there’s 2 different chefs or what. Next time I come and it’s just right. I’ll write a 5 star review. TREAT YO SELF! Found this little gem the day after we moved to Davie.Extremely friendly and helpful staff, along with theBEST authentic rice bowl and tacos we've eaten, since living near the Mexican border!Great topping selection and incredible assortment of protein choices. (12, I believe)We will definitely be back.
Food was very flavorful. Portions are generous. Will have to go back and try other items from the menu.
There are so many good taco places in Florida, so I am very confused how such a bad one like this survives.We tried a bunch of items, and they were all horrible.Overly salted and under-seasoned. It takes special powers to be this bad at cooking.Worst offense of all: my wife asked for corn tortilla; they made her dish with flour tortilla and insisted that it was corn.

The Tacos Madre were so tasty, but the Birria Tacos stole the show. It got pretty busy but they clearly have a good routine as food was served quickly and hot to be enjoyed in the restaurant or off site. This is one of our new Taco Joint and a hidden Gem!!!
The food was tasty, but way more pricey than I was expecting and that I would have agreed it was worth. I was unfortunately not blown away by my experience here. I would have paid probably $2 per taco. My boyfriend and I got 5 tacos total, chips, and a small side salsa for $35 total. ? And the chips were unfortunately pretty old... I'm bummed this was our taco experience in Florida. ?

As a Mexican, it pains me to rate my experience a 1 star. My mother taught me to know if the Mexican food is the best is by the rice and beans. Sadly, the rice was too hard to eat and the beans was decent. That wasn't the worst. My vegan friend's food was missing the mushrooms. The restaurant added meat. Again, my friend is vegan (for over a decade) and she ate some of the meat due to the restaurant's mistake. It was embarrassing when she showed me her food. I contacted the restaurant. The employee told me she made it herself and she never added the meat. I drove back to the restaurant. The restaurant didn't offer a refund, nor a coupon. I worked in the food industry before so it was disappointing. I wasted my time, my gas, toll fee, and I wasn't able to eat during my break. My own food was all cold by the time I arrived back to work.Edit: When I revisited the restaurant, I was told if I received a refund, then the food wouldn’t be remade and the “complimentary” cheese was because I told the employee there wasn’t any cheese in the esquite, which I initially ordered.
