The casino on the property is not above board. They play fast and loose with the rules they set out themselves and offer incentives that they are unable to fulfill, putting their staff in a terrible position. For example I went for the $200 free slots, when I asked for the $200 credit for the $200, I was told something is wrong with the system but they’re working on it. After 3 days they never got it working, never gave me the credit and asked me to come back in 2 weeks, they were surprised when I returned 2 weeks later to get my $200 free play credit and Of course they couldn’t honor the offer and apologized but said I’d have to call the help line in the morning. Hours of travel and hours on the phone and they never gave me the $200 free play. I previously stayed at the hard rock in Vegas twice and I had a great time, I won some lost some but I felt like the games were fair and the atmosphere made it fun; which is the point for me.
We're Vegas Lovers and have been looking for a better alternative other than Atlantic City on the East Coast. The Hard Rock Seminole has won us over. This propery is amazing and truly has the vibe of the better strip properties in Vegas. We arrived at noon on a Sunday and had already planned to just drop our bags off at ths bell desk figuring the room would never be ready because Sunday is the busiest checkout day of the week. To our surprise, our room was ready. We were able to check in immediately and the room did not disappoint. Our room was in the Guitar Tower High floor with a pool View. The room itself was very modern, ice in size and clean. Loved the fact that it had an empty mini fridge that we took advantage of. They also have security located at the entrance to the elevators and you have to show your room key to access the elevators which we liked. The Guitar Tower gave us very quick access to the pool area which was fantastic. We reserved a daybed 2 of the days we were there and the overall experience was equivalent to what we get in Vegas . Very good food and drink options available poolside and our server was on point. Cost of the daybed was $100 plus there is a $100 minimal spend. It's roughly a 90 second walk from ths Guitar elevators to the casino. The casino definitely had a Vegas vibe as well. The casino itself is huge. Unfortunately drinks on the casino floor are not free and are rather pricey considering you are pumping money into the machines. Margaritas were $20 a pop domestic beers were $7. We knew going in that drinks were not free so we simply picked up a few bottles at the store on the way to the property and made our own drinks to enjoy while gambling. The only real negative for me in the casino, yes they have a ton of slot machines but they don't have a lot of the newer popular themed games. Dining options on site were also very good. We ate st Rise, Council Oaks Steak and Seafood & Cipresso. Excellent food and service at all three. We were totally please with the overall experience at the Hard Rock and look forward to heading back in a few months.
We went to see Fluffy, the hotel was nice until to get to the room, white comforter with a black hair in the middle, bathroom mirror want clean , shower floor pink (MOLDY) pubic hair from past guests , iron cabinet never was clean before as the light fixture in the bathroom(DUSTY) I was sitting on the toilet and on the corner you can see Hair FOR $500 plus at least the room must be immaculate.
This hotel has the worst staff I've ever incountered. We check in and our room is disgustly dirty and smells like human feces. It takes front desk an hr to move us into a clean room. It happens. However we ask for a double bed where given a king room and you would think when they move you they can accommodate what you asked for nop. Next we go pick up are tickets for the show we are seeing tonight and they apparently hire idiots and the women doesn't know 6 and 9 don't come after each other and over the phone are still to stupid to understand and say they can't do anything all she keep understanding was we are in the same row. Like I said Idiots work here.
I attended a conference and was excited for my first Hard Rock experience. It will most likely be my last. I was told I could not stay in the tower that the conference was being held in because I used a third party to book my first night. The block was full so at that time I had no choice in order to make sure my team could have rooms. The person that checked someone in at the same time standing next to me (a co-worker) under with the same third party reservation was accommodated. The food at the conference was mediocre at best. I attend a lot of conferences and was disappointed since I didn't have time to leave long enough to go to one of the hotel restaurants. When I went out to get a taxi to the airport, the two guys outside were so busy talking and laughing that I literally had to interrupt them to ask for help. The most positive experience I had was every person that stood to check keys by the elevator. They were always friendly and engaging. As I spoke to others at the conference they agreed that the hotel wasn't nearly all it was hyped up to be. After checking in while walking to the elevator, the entire hallway smelled like pot. I assumed it was legal in Florida...I found out later that was not the case.
We were very excited to head to Hard Rock. We even requested a room in the Oasis Tower with a pool view as we heard it was one of the best rooms in the hotel 6 months in advance. Imagine our disappointment to find when we checked in that we didn’t get a pool view even though we requested 6 MONTHS in advance. We also mentioned that we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary, to our surprise they could care less. We got drinks by the pool and the service was slow. I get this is Covid times and it’s hard to find help, but I saw servers busting their behinds to get guests what they needed. We only saw our server once in the 3 hr time span we were there. Fast forward we asked for water. They told us we had to Buy water! That’s just ridiculous. Fast forward to dinner and we were greeted by the most rudest employees with the worst attitude. If you don’t want to be there and hate your job in hospitality, then you need to find something else. Overall, I do not suggest staying here. We came from Margaritaville and I was sad that we left such a beautiful wonderful resort for a horrible experience. There are other hotels for better service.
Hotel & premises Are amazing! Clean and organized, check in process really good. Third time staying with my fam. 2 issues during my stay..: first one . Overcharged by the oasis pool bar. Over $100 of extra charges of alcohol. Only 3 people of my oarty drink so the others noticed they were lots of extra items on my billl... after taking to waitress the bartender also jumped in and tried to justify the charges... i ran restaurants for living so i know when something is off, finally manager came and " fixed bill" not a pleasant way to finish the pool time with family. Second issue housekeeping went into room turned on lights while we were sleeping. I guess they should knock or call before entering the room. I love the hardrock hotels. Been on vegas, mexico, ibiza. But im a local in fl and i was a little shocked about this things..
All I can say is I absolutely love it here. If I could, I'd give you a 10 ? Star Rating. Very Highly Recommended...
