Theresa and Olyvia made my complicated order easier than ever. Service was great, ice cream even better. Will definitely be back
If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The service has really declined, there were 5 people working, and a line to the door, but 2 kept walking around trying to “look” busy, while 1 was only doing online orders, and the 2 that were making people’s orders where so slow! The place was disgusting and one of the workers just kept loading up the ice cream, I’ve included a picture, maybe she should’ve stopped for a freaking second on her mountain of ice cream and helped the people standing in line! They were all just wearing sweats behind the counter, like no pride in their job at all. The guy making my ice cream put a lid on it for some reason, then when I asked the lady doing online orders if she could please give it to me, she just said it must be to go and didn’t give it to me. So it was all melted when I got it! So many people walked out, and I know I won’t be going here anymore. It’s a shame because this is our go to place after the movies, but not anymore!
I have never been treated so rude before!!The guy who prepared my ice cream had such a bad attitude. Didn’t crush any of the add-ons I put on my order. He just mixed it and threw it in the container. This is unacceptable!! There were left overs of the ice cream that he didn’t even try to fit in the container and i asked if he could give it to me in a small container. He said…” of course not ma’am and threw it in the garbage.”I get ice cream in another location all the time and they always give me the extras without even asking. This is isn’t the way to treat a customer.
Terrible service. 10 people waiting in line and no one helping. Appear to be working on online orders only.
I’m literally here standing, I’m the only one standing here you got got 1 guy dealing with an order and another guy filling in the ice cream containers. Which there is ice cream already inside the container he’s just trying to fill it to the max first before taking care of the customer this is messed up I’ve been here for 20 minutes and counting, he could’ve easily taken care of me real quick and I could’ve been on my way, messed up I’m not happy about that hopefully a manager could inform them about this.
I order at door dash they send me the order incomplete a part of that the quality was bad , when I call they respond. Was we humans , I responded to her, I know but you need to bring the best of you in everything you do and plus no need to give me actitud for something you guys do wrong , if you can’t handle customer you should not work in this job should work in a place not deal with customer and no one expect the best of you , bad bad customer services and bad desert

Poor everything. I walked in and didn't get greeted unlike the other Cold Stones I've been to. Prices are more expensive. Finally, I didn't even get asked what I wanted. Terrible!
