Really kind staff. They are always extra busy. Tonight the lines were moving just as swift. The food is always fresh and hot. It hits the spot every time! Shout out to the guy on grill Cam. Great job! Thanks.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. The online order station is an absolute disaster. The orders are always at least 30 minutes behind so you're in for a wait. And they're in such a rush to get the orders done that there's no quality control, so your food ends up looking like garbage or you end up missing things you ordered. Save yourself the anger, go to the restaurant and get in line. You'll get your order faster and it will be made better.
Came to chipotle and was given burnt chicken. Couldn’t finish it at all. They need to change the cooker. I was left unhappy and Unsatisfied. This is a million dollar company and should be able to have the best resource to train there staff. Not alone they mess up my friend order
Complete joke of a restaurant. Walked in @ 11:45 with 5 employees working. After around five minutes standing there someone finally greeted me and said someone would be with me shortly. A few minutes went by and finally was tended to, I beagan to place my order and realized they did not have any veggies cooked and ready. At 12 pm lunchtime they had nearly half the line completely empty.Unacceptable in my opinion, I am a chef and I cook nearly every single day for hours on end breaking my back to help and tend to anyone in need of help and food. My only day off I was craving a burrito and couldn’t even get that. What a complete joke of a franchise. Should’ve known better to go to a restaurant completely run by children. Do better.Will not be coming back to this location.
taking into account our security the place is very dirty it is not pleasant to sit at any table everything is dirty the rubbish is bursting with food on the floor suck that place
The order and the line took 1 hour of wait and they only took care of the online orders. The manager said that they don't care about the walk ins the most important is the online orders. We basically waited an hour and half in total for the food to be prepared and for people to make the food. I dont usually condone or write surveys but this one has taken the top of my list for the worsr customer service in the industry of fast food. Aside from the incompetent and unprofessional practice the manager had side comments for customer to go back where they came from and not be here. To here that from manager is extremely unprofessional remarks. When we finally got our order there was no cheese, no steak , no brown rice, no sour cream, no corn. You might as well close the store for business!!! We would definitely not recommend this place ever to anybody.
Used this chipotle exclusively for 4 years because it was so much better than the rest. Now it’s way worse than the next closest one. Only ever open for online orders - you’ll pay twice the price, get half the food, and have to wait an hour for your order.
I used to go to this chipotle all the time- literally between 2-3 times per week with my husband. The last 3 months the service has been awful. They claim they are “short staffed” so they stopped taking in person orders and are doing online and delivery only. The last 6 times we walked in- there have been no customers in the store- and at least 4 people working just the line itself- so definitely plenty of staff. But they instead turn me away and say they can’t do in person orders and that I have to step outside, order through the app, wait 25 minutes to get my food, and then pay 2x the price because through the app is much more expensive. As someone who was in the .5% (according to the chipotle app stats) and someone who visited chipotle 105 times in 2021, I am very disappointed.I will no longer be going to this location- and truthfully, I may just part ways with chipotle all together. This aggravation of not being able to go in and order food is beyond any measure now.
This place are always running put of something… I ordered 2 chicken tacos, with guac, sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes to pick up. Since they ran out of food, they just gave me a broken piece of tortilla (to make up for tacos) with only chicken, lettuce and tomatoes. And when I asked them why I get the order like this, they just tell me that they ran out of tacos and thats it.. I love Chipotle but the service is getting worse.
Have come to this location multiple times and for years and for some reason, the last two times I've been here, there are chips on the shelf however they are saying they will only sell the chips to online orders. Both times I have come in and want chips, I have to order my food at the counter and then put in a mobile order for the chips. The manager does not care and will enforce the "policy" regardless of how many you're going to purchase. It is ridiculous. I don't understand how they can have chips on display but just say "no, it's only for online customers". Absolutely ridiculous.
