Visited 3 consecutive days, I wanted my bowl with ingredients side by side/portions rather than all over the entire bowl. Only ONE out of the 3 visits made the order correctly! SMH. Yes, like all other reviews, there’s no evidence of direction in this store. Employees could use some training. Food was great!
Hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, which is a shame because I love Chipotle. Every once in a while I miss it and give this place another chance only to swear I’ll never return. The place is a chaotic, disorganized mess. The food handling practices are questionable at best. The staff is a bunch of college kids who act like they couldn’t give a s$&! about the customers in front of them. There’s nobody in charge and if there is they obviously don’t give a [email protected]! either. The crazy part is that this is a corporate operated place not a franchise. Considering Chipotle’s record, it’s shocking they allow this location to continue to be operated like this. It’s a shame.
If I could leave no stars I would! "TERRIBLE " Not only was the dinning room was filthy they were out of(Ice,coins,soft taco shells). The customer service from start to beginning was terrible. The bathroom was filthy as well very disappointing. Im not sure we will be going back. I understand restraunts run out of things but put up a sign let people know.Comminication is key!!
Just awful, the GM didn't seem to be bothered by the ling 40 minute line while they were completing to go orders ( some rather large) with in store customer orders. The employees ignore yoy and leave your food to be cold.
Went to get dinner at 9:45 and doors were locked while customers were inside eating still and more customers orders were being taken. I would've been out within 5 minutes. SMH never going to this chipotle again
No Hello, good morning , afternoon, evening NOTHING. Bad attitudes. Workers gossiping right in front of customers while breathing over your food. Doesn’t look sanitary. I was hoping it was just a bad day, but Geesh it was worse the next. They don’t take any care with how they prepare your food. Slop everything on top and push it down. Depressed faces and no personality. Very disturbing. Great area to have this location, but the staff and service needs work.
This place is amazing and has great service, one of the crew members were so sweet. She was so kind and was so patient with me and held a conversation! I forgot why I was even there. Her name was Debbie, so cute and gentle if you go to chipotle i hope she’s the brightest smile you see when you first walk in.

This location used to be my go-to in the past. However, the customer service and sanitation are in decline. Waiting time for online orders is insane (even placing the order with anticipation), the cashier that usually works at night is rude and doesn’t pay attention to detail, and the overall environment is just messy and dirty. It doesn’t seem like there’s a manager in charge but this location used to do much better in all aspects.
Worst Chipotle in the area. See photo attached. Their making a HUGE online order right in front of the customers actually here in the store ready to eat. The actual togo area isn't even being used. They frequently run out of ingredients and I bet it's because they're too lazy to just make it. It's also very dark inside this store at night. This is easily the worst Chipotle in the area.
