just moved yesterday and this chick fil a is just a few minutes away. I thought it was weird that this restaurant doesn’t do curb side pick up and that you have to go inside to pick up your mobile order but no big deal. as I’m walking up to the restaurant I seen a gentlemen walking out and bear hugging all his pickup order as it was a large order. I was embarrassed for him and shocked that whoever handed him his food was even comfortable allowing him to leave like that. I then pick up my order and I also had to bear hug my order in order to carry everything out. I filled my hands up with my bags of food. with full arms, my gallon of sweet tea and my large drink were placed in front of me.if the lady who passed me my food had to do it in 2 trips from the counter to the pick up counter. Why would she expect me to open two sets or doors, maneuver past the drive through lane, walk through 3 rows of parking. I find it absolutely ridiculous that there were well over 10 people directly behind the counter. Half of them idle. When I was hired at chick fil a 10 years ago, our core values were to always go the extra mile. Very disappointed with my treatment

Had the worst experience ever! I'm always singing the praises of Chick-fil-A, but after today, I'm changing my tune. My co-workers and I were so disappointed after our delivery order was completely messed up. I ordered a grilled chicken club combo with a frosted lemonade to drink. When the order arrived, my chicken club did not have any cheese or bacon. Also, I didn't receive my frosted lemonade. My co-worker didn't get the chocolate milkshake she ordered and we literally got 1 chick-fil-a sauce after ordering 2 sauces (Polynesian as well) with each of our 5 orders. Another co-worker didn't get her lemonade. So we were missing a total of 3 drinks. We tried to reach the store but I guess their phones don't work so nobody every picked up after multiple tries. We called the corporate office and were told they cannot help us. They can only notify the store of their mistake and hope it doesn't happen again. ? I asked to speak to a supervisor and was informed "the supervisor is going to tell you the same thing." So condescending!! When the supervisor came on the phone he said there's nothing they can do for us. We have to go through the 3rd-party app where we ordered (Uber Eats). Everyone in my office is super disappointed! I lost my appetite and didn't even want the food anymore. We spent over $100 and were not provided any customer service. Chick-fil-A messed up our order and didn't take any responsibility because we ordered through a 3rd-party app. Shame on you Chick-fil-A. Shame on you! I wanted to choose a rating of zero stars but you have to choose at least one...

Ordered using the app before getting to the location. Still upon arrival food was not ready. The team was not nice about the delay. And the lead at this location told me he cannot give me a cup of soda water without charing me (after i had spent already $60).Also the location was so dirty and the condiments section was only of ketchup. Dont recommend this location.

Love this place. Awesome food options. Friendly staff, good service, happy faces.

I did a delivery order through a food delivery service at the. Chick fil-a WESTON, FL.Once I’ve received the customer’s food (in the standard white paper bag, sealed) I asked for a plastic bag to place the food inside. The worker advised me that she wasn’t allowed to give plastic bags to Uber, post mates or any food delivery service) I replied “that’s weird. These are your customers. I am a customer”I decided to call and get clarification to why with a manger. The manager replied, we are not allowed to give out bags. You guys should have your own insulated bag. I said, “yes we do. I’m not talking out a delivery bag. I’m talking about a plastic bag” the manager replied, we are not allowed to give those bags out to you guys either. I then told the manager that is weird. These are your customers. I then gave him an example of it being raining and the customer wants to leave the food at the door and there’s a puddle of water in front of the house. I gave an even common occasion. What happens if the paper bag breaks with the customers food? The manager repeated we are not allowed to give out plastic bags. I said you guys pick which customers you want to give plastic bags to. This is chick-fil-a and ended the call.BOTTOM LINE. I WOULD NEVER EAT AT A RESTAURANT THAT PICKS AND CHOOSES WHO THEY GIVE SOMETHING SO MINOR (a plastic bag to protect their pick up order) IT DOESNT MATTER THE METHOD THEY ORDERED THE FOOD THESE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS AND THIS SHOULD SHOULD FEEL ASHAMED… THE PERSON PICKING UP THE FOOD DOESNT BENEFIT FROM A PLASTIC BAG. THIS STORE IS GHETTO AND CHOOSEY. DONT GO HERE.

Worst sandwich I've ever had from Zaxbys! The grilled chicken was like rubber. The bacon wasn't cooked enough at all. The cheese was half frozen plus the bun was soggy and falling apart!

Top notch! With the traffic this place gets and still maintaining a smooth running store is impressive. Im sure they get their fair share of karens. Props the the management and team for the work they do and service provided. A+++

I usually order an Oreo shake and a cob salad. The cob salad is absolutely delicious, definitely recommend! In the drive through, it's usually a long line because of how popular it is. In the end, it's usually worth the wait. When you pull up to the window, the usually already have your order all ready. So you pull up and leave the window instantly! It's great.

Very upset. Ordered on line some sauces and the person that picked up the phone when I called to let them know I was parked at curbside told me they haven’t done curbside for months. I look around and there are people waiting for there food at curbside. Now I find out he’s a manager. What a rude person. He said that he can only sell me 8 when I had purchased 10 on line. I asked him nicely to refund me the other two I ordered and he said you need your card. I said I don’t have it can you just refund it to my card I paid on line with he says nope. So I ended up picking two different sauces. I said thank you he never responded back to me. I love Chick Fil A but never going back to the one in Weston road.
