If i eat out , and I’m in the area this is the spot i will eat! Always! Costumer service is always on point. The tables are always clean and they put fresh flowers on the table too which really mean a lot about how much they care about giving good service! All the other fast food chains can learn a thing or 2 from chick fil a.
Amazing customer experience everytime I go which is alot. Everyone is super friendly and caring. Especially Janet. She is awesome. I love dining in at this location. Everyother location I go to doesnt even compare to this amazing location, in every aspect. Food is better and customer service is on point. And place is kept extremely clean.
It hurts my very core to give ANY less than 5 stars for such wonderful service and stellar food…. But the parking lot here is quite difficult to navigate. Service and food: 10/10 per usual :)
Great experience! Barbara was my server. I ask for a suggestion and she was spot on right about how good was the frozen lemonade. Clean restaurant, very busy, and I even saw Jeff Weinser, from Dirty Dining, eating here which tells me a lot about how good the food and ambiance is. Regular customer now.
I come here because my girlfriend lives Chik Fil. It's okay nothing to rave about. The issue is when you go to the store and it's not busy and they screw up the order. Add insult to injury fries were limp and not fresh. Finally get thr proper sandwich and now fries are not ready. Almost finished with the meal and fries come. SERIOUSLY! They don't even seem to care. This place is way to overrated. Almost $30 for two people to eat a sub par meal. We both always order a number 1 with American cheese. I decided I would try the tenders. Are you kidding they are chunks of meat formed to look like a tender. Gross! SHAME ON YOU!
***Mother and Son Lunch*** I can truly say I will be returning. Even though the inside had a line and the drive thru line was, as always, LONG, and people were coming in and out for their online pickup orders....everything was moving like a well oiled machine. The cashiers and employees were courteous and kind... even when there was a customer at the counter that couldn't decide what she wanted, the male cashier was so patient with her. We ordered the chicken strips and macaroni and cheese, and I'm so glad that we did. The chicken strips were crunchy on the outside, yet juicy and moist on the inside. Add the Chick Fil A sauce, and you're winning. The mac and cheese was a 10/10!!! Hot, cheesy, and filling. Add in a pinch of seasoning and I swear this is will come in a close 2nd to your Nana's macaroni and cheese ??. The lemonade was sooo good and refreshing. My son had the Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. Now I understand the Chick Fil A hype.
honestly the whole experience was pretty meh here.the first time i came to this location, i did a mobile order and they made me pull all of my account information up before i got my food. if you thought i came to steal, you thought wrong.today, as a red member, i wanted to redeem points and pay cash for my order. the guy at the register says “it won’t take it off” and just looks at me. so i’m looking back at him like “are you not gonna find someone to help you?” he was really nonchalant about the ordeal. they kept my receipt and wouldn’t offer me a personal copy. his name was christian. after the manager fixed it, they said they wouldn’t accept 100 dollar bills. but this is the US, and i’m using US LEGAL TENDER. it was just a lot on a saturday, honestly lol. i had to then dig for smaller bills, holding up the line. never seen this before at chick fil a but i don’t think i’ll be back at this location.
*We parked across the street during rush hour and easily crossed the street (because the traffic was gridlocked, as usual). We got in and the dining room itself was at 50% capacity, well-air conditioned, and clean.They still have fresh flowers at this location. The dining room was a very pleasant place for a relaxed lunch. Exceptional service!!!
A few years ago, waiting in line at Chick-fil-A was too much. Nowadays, they have gotten really innovative with processing people to get that chicken ?. The food always feels fresh and definitely tasty. That's why everyone is waiting in the lines.?I had the market salad and I was pleased!!
I ordered a milkshake and a lemonade in the drive through that was given to a car 2 cars in front of me that they took back placed to the side of the counter and gave it to give to me that then had a hair inside the milkshake I was given attitude when I asked for a remake and was short on time all around horrible experience!!!! Needs to retrain the drive through staff immediately!! This not the service Chick-fil-A says it gives to its customers
