Nice new building, drive thru is awesome, order is taken, asked if we want sauces? We say yes Chick-Gil-A sauce please! We pick up order, goto to our picnic spot and no sauce….common, always the same old story….I mean had we forgotten to ask I get it….it’s not rocket science. Very disappointed Dad.

I have always wanted to try Chick-fil-A and I finally broke down and placed an order for delivery through DoorDash. I spent the extra few dollars to make the order express which they said meant I should get it within approximately 20 minutes so I was hoping that the chicken nuggets would still be warm. It actually took much longer than I expected which I don’t blame the driver at all but I ended up spending almost $20 to get eight nuggets and I have to say they did have a good flavor but they weren’t hot when I got them and the quality of the meat wasn’t as good as I would’ve expected so I think if I went there and ordered them they would be very good but I would not recommend having them delivered if you’d like your food hot
5/21/2022 Lunch time. This was my entree order served. Take care of the customer, please don't cheat the customer. Chick-fil-A this was not my pleasure once I opened up my sandwich pouch. Looks like a fillet meant for a breakfast biscuit no excuses. I am still HUNGRY. Lesson learned. I know there is not much land for sale in south Florida but my goodness I still have land available for my entree to cover. This is not Inflation.

Super clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Owner/operator on site and participatory. Leads by example. Food was well made, great presentation and very tasty. I was impressed that a fast food chain could be so well done. Bravo!

I love Chick-fil-A. They always have consistent delicious food and top-notch service. This one may have been having an off day. The food and restaurant were great as usual, it's just that it took them quite a while to call me up to order, even though I was the only person in line.
Wednesday March 23rd, I ordered 3x 8 Pc nugget meal with a 12 ct nugget meal and two brownies with 2 Oreo milkshakes via drive thru. I went straight to work without realizing the following: I was missing a drink and the 8ct. I immediately called and was told to come back within 10 days to get the missing items.I didn’t mind coming back, HOWEVER, the food was horrendous: the fries were so salty, literally could’ve gave me high cholesterol, and the nuggets were cold; everything (yes everything) went to the trash. I called again and spoke to one of the managers -I don’t remember who- that I can just get my refund instead (she insist that she created a ticket to process my refund).Today, I went there and I was told by Donovan and a manager I cannot get my refund: In order to receive my refund, I will have to provide the missing the products that were wrong.First of all, this location lacks communication among employees and their satisfaction with customers is ridiculous. Second, they need to make sure that the food is cooked well and that the consumer’s meal is correct (final check) to prevent problems like this. I already contacted corporate and filed complaint/report against this location, and my bank for my refund. I will not return to this Chic-Fil-A ever again.
It doesn't matter what time you come here there's plenty of workers but there's only one person ringing in orders. When you get your food is cold this is not what I'm use to at chick fil a. Sad to say it's been this way since they opened up.
