They changed the burgers!! They are not the same like they use to be. They use to taste like Shake Shack, now they are these double thick burgers and just not as good as they were. You also can't just get a single? A burger is $10 for just the burger. Shake Shack is better and cheaper! They also changed the shakes, even though it was still great. They also changed the cheese sauce, which sucked. Definitely won't go back. The staff is usually quick but they are just ok, nothing special or welcoming.
best burger place ever!! the service and care they put into their customers, the food and desserts are top of the line for their prices. i loved my server selene she always came back to make sure my food was good. the place is an overall great atmosphere and great place to eat. don’t feel scared to check them out if you’re in the area!!
Went to BurgerFi and it was my first trip to a BurgerFi and my family was in the fast-food business, I'm glad we are out of it for reasons like the commodities of places like this, is it more expensive, yes it is but it's also our of this world. The place is modern minimalist but the food is ALL cooked to order, everything is fresh, the shakes are out of this world, or grab any soda combo you want from the new drink stations, order ahead, curbside pickup take out, delivery, or dine in. Apple pay, Samsung Pay, and Google pay as well. It was busy, but clean, the crew was amazing my order was rung up wrong and without a question, they remade my missing item fresh and let me keep the item they mistakenly gave me. Can't give more than 5 stars and I wish I could because this place deserves them!
Way pricy for a burger and fries but they are consistently pretty good. Love that they have beer, too.A lot more variety than other burger and fry places but it’s be nice to have all available options on a menu instead of guessing at what you want and them saying they don’t have. Nothing on a board or QR menu.
Burgers are always good. The fries have definitely gotten better. They used to be really soggy. Prices are a bit high, so that's why I gave four stars.
The Delicious Spicy Fi Sandwich. it was sooooo gooood
The burger and the milkshake were good but the fries were a little overdone and also not crunchy. This BurgerFi is located in the Tower Shops. There are many retail shops to walk around and other restaurants in the same Plaza.
Good food. Great service! Jakira was awesome. I don't come often, so she helped with our selection and gave great suggestions. Best choice in the Tower Shops IMO.
Fenomenal burger ! It was made with all love from the cooks in the back! Fully on deck with employees who are eager to work and provide exceptional quality on this amazing burger! I was sitting inside eating and Alex greeted me at my table to ensure that I had everything that I needed! The manager on shift was doing an excellent job making sure all the employees were doing their job to ensure the efficiency and cleanliness. Very clean! Such a wonderful thing to see at a restaurant! Continue fulfilling above standard business operations! You should be recognized for this! Awesome vibes and environment! Great service provided as a team! I am a burgerfi lover and first time to this location! I highly recommend! You will love it! Must goooooo!!!!!! P.s also took the time to do this because I was impressed! Also, cashiers should be allowed to take cash tips!! She was awesome as well. Took my order with passion :)
First my order when served was not what IOrdered, we ordered fiburgers and got cheese burgers. I also asked for the burgers med rare, they came out very well done. When I brought them back the burgers, asking for what I ordered, burgers with no sauce, we got very well done burgers with the same sauced buns, tomato and lettuce from the botched order. 2 small cokes, an order of fries and 2 mediocre burgers for $28 is a ripoff. Never again! Charhut totally smokes this place at 1/2 the price.
