Worst customer service ever at this location. Definitely don’t order online. They accept your money but when you arrive they tell you they don’t have the flavors. Speaking to the manager is like winning the lottery (you wait a lifetime and it never happens). The people working there are so rude. I urge anyone to not purchase from this location.
I came with my family around 10:45pm and this place was already close. It was supposed to be close at 11:00pm. There was a guy eating on a table at the outside and told us that the employees close around 10:30pm. When they saw me and my family at the parking spot at the front they quickly hide in the back. This is the worst service I have ever seen in a place like this. I will never ever come to this place again.
4/30/2022 - Hours posted on line and on the door for Saturday night was 11pm. We arrived at 10:15 pm and it was all lit up but the door was locked. Looking thru the front glass, the employee was on their cell phone in the back and signaled to us that they were closed. Very disappointing.
Place wasn’t clean; no paper towels in bathroom and dryer didn’t work. My ice cream was old because it had lots of ice crystals on it!
This was a nice night out with friends. PF chang's never disappoints. Those lettuce wraps were amazing. Our server Danisha was friendly and attentive. Alex the manager was super nice a respectful. ?
Play the place is very busy in the morning but everybody is very professional good ice cream and good coffee fast service!!!
Lied about cake size orders a half sheet got a quarter sheet. She tells me that what u get from us . Wtf a you joking me.
Regularly poor service. Staff often does not know what they are doing well, don't listen to orders or requests, and are uninterested and even unkind.Bonus: they'll send you ads for deals that they don't have, even though it is specifically from their location.
I had ice cream---it was great and so was the service
The worker today didnt know where the button was for a waffle cone so she charged me extra and when I called her out she lied and said that was the old price, shouldnt charge more because you dont know your job.
