Somehow they had no ice, all the ice machines were apparently "down", including the ones behind the counter. All the drinks were room temperature. The bacon and chicken nuggets were overcooked. Which is funny because the service was extremely slow. The food took forever to come out and it did not all come out at the same time. By the time I got my food the rest of my family was already halfway through theirs. It seemed like the poor girl at the counter was trying her best to get things out and running back and forth from the front to the back, while other employees just kind of stood around in the back and were chit-chatting with each other. The family who ordered after us had the same problem, slowly got their food all at different times. Maybe it was an off day, not sure. The girl at the counter was friendly and helpful as best she could be, but the service was extremely slow from the kitchen staff.
Based on other reviews, and our visit today, it's obvious that this location has a management/training problem. Went inside so our daughter could use the bathroom, waited 10 mins to even order even with just one person in front of us. Then the person behind the counter was just totally unconcerned with how slow she was going, and did not know that there was not tea in the containers in the lobby, and did not even offer to get any from behind the counter. Left with waters out of frustration. Order was missing small drink and extra fry. Don't go here. Try the Burger King up the road instead.
Great customer service. The gentleman working the drive thru window tonight was very pleasant. He greeted us and asked how we were doing- something that usually never happens at fast food places. You need more people like him. Our food was hot and our order was correct. Overall great experience.
STAY AWAY!! The most terrible service I’ve ever had at Wendy’s the staff is rude and don’t seem to care about anything I’ve personally stopped going to this location because of the terrible service and my order ALWAYS GETS MESSED UP like you can’t make this up it’s actually a joke i would calmly ask for it to be remade correctly and get nothing but attitude and off hand remarks in Spanish as if I didn’t hear them or understood them…..my job offered ti get me lunch and come and behold the order is messed up again again a joke only it’s not funny never eating here again! Would recommend Everyone STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
No complaints here. Good fast food which as always seemed a little better than the competitors. Ultra clean. Comfortable air con level.....not too cold. Server was friendly. Would go back here.
Ordered food late at night at the drive thru. Staff said only taking cash. When we got the food the fries were cold and the hamburger was cold. I cannot believe they served the food that way. Maybe the workers just wanted to go home, so they did not want to cook anymore food.In addition, there was a homeless person outside that made us feel uncomfortable, so we just left with the terrible food. The customer service was terrible!
Fast service and food was good. We were in and out pretty quick. They were out of kids' meals toys, so the kids each got a frosty instead. Definitely a good alternative for them.
Service was quick and friendly. The food was good. They keep a great selection of new sandwich offerings. This keeps folks coming back.
Service was pretty good. Second time I've dined in. Second time the salsa music was too loud to just relax and eat. If I want to jam, I can sit in my truck with classic rock.
It's 3rd time coming to this location at 1:25 in the morning because I'm an Uber driver and once again they're claiming that they can't take orders because their system is down. Absolutely Ludacris
