This store treats its customer horribly. Avoid itat all costs, horrible people and customer service.Just for example they don’t give customers bags but they bags all uber order nicely and neatly. Why is Ubers money more important than mines?Won’t be going back thank you!
subs are great employees not so much
I go quite often for the $2 fresh brewed iced coffee and it’s always perfect. This one I got today was the most disappointing and disgusting coffee I’ve ever been given. There’s no coffee and it’s all syrup and milk. Whoever your beverage person worked this morning needs a little help.
Bad manager. Didn’t want to give my Juul pack just because he doesn’t like foreigners. Horrible service. ??
Ran out of product during what appears to be busy late night hours. By the time I was informed I was already waiting for a long time. Was just asked if I wanted to just cancel my order after waiting so long, and then when I switched to a cheaper menu option they actually had it was an issue to get the difference back. I ended up with a horribly made item and had no intention of paying extra for it!
Very clean and organized store
I am temporarily stuck on couch due to a surgery. I have had two orders delivered to my house. I drink Wawa's half gallon Diet Ice Tea that isn't on to go menu. The staff changed out regular tea with diet tea. I want to thank store staff for everything. Great store.Richard Chapman.
I visited the store about 1:32am this morning order a drink and sandwich it was simple but it took so long. So I wanted my money back. The cashier asked me why and I told her it was taking too long for my order. So she went check on order got it for me. The cashier name is Mary and I will never forget her because she was so sweet and helpful. Thank you Mary if it wasn't for you they would have not gotten one star.
I was in this Location early morning and I ordered a sandwich which I had problems on the self checkout so I went to the register. The black lady took care of me and before I left the register I heard her speaking over what appeared to be a radio letting someone know that my order was paid for. After I heard that she told me to go over to the deli and wait for my food. My number was 890, so I waited and after some time passed by I heard them calling numbers over in the 900s. By this time I was upset so I proceeded to the register which I did cause a scene and the black lady came up and asked me did I get my food. At that time I heard her go across the radio this time she called a name Lisa and asked if my food was prepared. I noticed Lisa coming up behind her from the nametag on her shirt then Lisa asked someone else about my sandwich and that’s when I heard the other lady tell her no one has a radio in deli. Now just so we know I am a diabetic and my blood sugar had dropped and that’s why my behavior was so irrated. I do apologize for my behavior but that could have resulted in a different way. I did get my food an hour later but I had to sit for 20 minutes because my sugar had dropped so low
I am new to the area and this is my second time in your store. But I must say I am disappointed about your employees that walk around without hair nets. This employee has beautiful red hair and she was on the register both times. I was going to order food from your hot tables when I noticed her in that area and the hair just out. I mentioned it to one of your employees but I guess she didn’t say anything. So if that is how you let them in areas that has food where hair could appear surely I would sue if it ever happened to me. I only gave the one star so I could provide my information
