Christine is awesome! She was so friendly and polite. She kept the lobby extremely clean as well.
So I always love visiting my local Taco Bell but unfortunately this Taco Bell every time I come through the drive-through around 830 almost 9 o’clock at night like right now it’s 8:45 PM I told the person we’re gonna drive through there all the lights are turned off what’s the answer I get it on a timer it’s 8:45 in the evening hello?
Would give 0 if possible. The location said open til 1 am. At 1145 lights off and only one person spotted inside who did not answer the drive thru and when we pulled up to the window was not visible. Lost out on business.
Got there way before closing to find it closed down the lobby and the drive through yet still claimed to be accepting over by any means other than walking in the lobby. The online was still accepting orders yet there was no one in the building and the lights were completely turn off through the drive through so you couldn’t even pick up an online order. I understand staffing issues, but at least update the hours so people don’t sit there waiting to be served through the drive through/online like the signs posted on the doors were telling customers to do. Shut down online ordering if you close down and post accurate information at the restaurant!
This place has gotten worse, took us 23 mins to get out food. On top of this they Couldnt get my order corrected. Told me I needed to pay $9.57, why do I need to pay anything to you if i paid thought the app. I bought 4 crave boxes through the app and paid for. A woman approached the w8ndow and asked us what seems to be the problem, like if we was the problem. We told het we still waiting on our food and beverages. Then slams the drive through window and walk away. Not even an apology, asked for 20 packs on fire and got a clear small fountain cup with 5 fire. No utensils, food cold and soggy. Not happy I wish there a -10 rating
Not a FAST food. Literally like 15 cars on a Friday night. Young people, stop partying and start working!!!
My family and I went to this location late on a Friday and all the team treated us great ?. The place was very clean and food feels very fresh. Honestly, I didn't expect the best of them because it was very late but they over achieved my expectations ??
Visit time: 6:06pm 03/06/2022The manager(lady) is rude and feels like hate everything. Terrible experience in this store. Btw the manager said:” don’t come to my store again.” Just because I didn’t give my name at speaker( first time order online and go drive through pickup.) So,Asian hate?
Ordered quickly and the food was warm. The employees were very nice.
