Sabrina was awesome! A solo worker on a Thursday night should have some help, but Sabrina had us in and out with no problems.
I went to this subway it said that is open until 12:00 and I went ay 9:00 and he literally closed the door in our face this is disrespectful! I won’t came back never!??♀️
The 2 older ladies that are prepping and checking out definetly are not made for this atmosphere. Horrible welcoming to a fast food restaurant, attitude poor at best and hygiene poor at best. Fingernails dirty and you can tell they don't want to be there. We are a local company and will be taking our business to the other Subway from now on.

Unpleasent experience. Staff should have costumer service training. She was not helpful and seemed to be in a hurry even though my husband and I were the only ones in the store. Also I am gluten intolerant and they do not had gluten free bread option. I would not go back to that store, even though it is the closet from home
Staff was not at all helpful or friendly. Perhaps we were interrupting them. Ordered a new sandwich that came with avocado - but they didn't put the avocado it! And ordered a kids meal and didn't give us the drink and side that was supposed to come with it.
Good food bad customer service. The ldt in front the one smaller lady with black hair is scary when asking orders.She is so mean in front of my kids.Subway is our favorite but this one is not because if her.I just hope the. Other lady served us.

It's in Polk County, so no mask mandate, the servers theirs, there is plexi glass between food and people. If you get the meal, you get a large plastic drink cup, and choice of chips or 2 very large cookies. Mmmmm
