Absolutely horrible customer service from Dee! Service was so bad I will be calling corporate first thing tomorrow morning. Absolutely disrespectful.
This location is horrible, I’ve found plastic inside of my subway. They never get the order right via drive trough, two different occasions.
Avoid this Subway! There is another about 3 miles South on 27 that is better. The staff here is very flippant.
Don't go to subway very often. One of the main reasons I visit this location is because they have a touchscreen drive-thru but it's been very frustrating for months now the screen has not been working. It's even more annoying that there is not a sign to tell you when it is out of order.
Not a fan of the new bread. Wore more than ate. Everything else was decent including service.
why does it say you close at 10 if you’re never there? been to this location several times and they’re always unreliable. today i showed up at 8pm and walked up to the seemingly opened restaurant only for the door to be locked canceled uber eats orders for no reason. sign says open, lights are on, doors locked? doesn’t seem open to me. literally nobody in sight. extremely disappointed. going to be contacting the management whenever they decide to answer my call.
Drive through.. Ordered a tuna sandwich for my mom. Got home and a totally different sandwich that she couldn't eat due to dietary restrictions.
