I ordered the new Toasted Manila espresso. While it was yummy the wait for it was painful. Employees were doing their best.
Horrible experience yesterday at this location!!! I did an online order, so that when I got there it'd be ready. I ordered it about 4:33 & it said it'd be ready approximately by 4:40. I arrived early, about 4:35 & waited.......4:45 rolls around & I'm still waiting. A guy came in, while I was waiting, placed his order at the counter & shortly afterward HIS was already ready!!! I was still waiting!!! I didn't receive my order until someone FINALLY asked my name to find my order. I eventually left there, with my little iced latte, at 4:55!!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!
Honestly, there’s no way this is a Starbucks… spent 20mins looking around for a camera crew thinking I was being punk’d… you will wanna clear the day and bring your own croissants and possibly your own coffee, and your own barista, and well generally any of the stuff on the menu is a complete maybe… this be unreal….
So far I have gotten my drink correctly and depending on time and day they move rather quickly.
Decent place to come and study and have coffee, the place is clean and the waiter are cool. But the hours of operation are not consistent and do not align with the stated hours on the door or website. Some days they close earlier then what it’s stated and some days they won’t let you in at all, which is not cool but other then that it’s an ok place.
These guys are amazing!! :-) friendly, patient & understanding. If you arrive at Starbucks and see a LONG line inside or the drive thru.. know what to expect. They’re probably under a lot of pressure and orders so either you have the time to wait or you don’t. Not their fault. Best time to go is after 8PM from what I’ve seen and again, be kind.
On my birthday I got my free drink, and the employee was so hyped to hear it was my birthday! When i got to the window a bunch of the employees wished me happy birthday and gave me my cake pop and drink. This happened a year ago but I still remember it fondly. Love the employees here so much!
I had such a great experience going through the drive thru last night. My barista was kind at the window and talked to me about how busy the store is. (I can’t recall her name but she had pretty colored hair.) Regardless of how busy it was, I got way more than what I ordered. Thank you!
Really amazing, kind manager at this location and Cameron at the counter was so awesome! He explained the drink differences for us and we felt valued. Great job guys!! We'll be back
This Starbucks is by far the worst that I have been to. 1. They take forever 2. They mess up your drink orders. For example, I said almond milk and they give me a drink that has dairy. And no that’s not the first time that has happened 3. The drinks do not taste the same like other Starbucks drink that I’ve had in the past. Please save your money, your time and avoid this Starbucks location if you want an actual good Starbucks drink. I rather go to Dunkin and get a larger more tasteful drink for my money.
