This location is ALWAYS our 1st stop when traveling 5-6 hours from GA to FL for our VRBO VACA as GA does not have this restaurant; When we are 30 mins away we order online and LOVE the ability to pick a specific time for pick-up ?-Online ordering is effortless and safe-Order is always ready on time- Packaging is always top notch with napkins, condiments and seasoning- Employees are always immensely kind-Outside area is always SUPER clean-Food NEVER disappoints, it is continuously, visually appealing and always in abundance!!? And OH MY GOSH they put REAL BACON in your Salad vs fake bacon bits ?*We LOVE this location, sitting in BEAUTIFUL Champions Gate ❤️?❤️
When I say this the worst experience I have had with Red Robin. The burger wasn’t done at all when I asked for well done had come back twice and my burger still wasn’t cooked all the way after the second try. How is three burgers cooked incorrectly and I’m talking about mushy pink on the inside. Then I was suppose to get a refund here it’s 5 days later and still no refund. Now I have to wait for another manager to call me back. I spoke with 4 managers. I never had this problem at any other Red Robin’s I been to but this one has put a nasty taste in my mouth literally with that chewy red beef.
Burger was alright (nothing special or worth 15$)Bottomless garlic fries is DEFINITELY the way to go. Waitress was nice and friendly. Verity was also incredible. Would definitely recommend you stop by.
I always enjoy Red Robin! The two times we have gone (once a Sunday evening and once on a Friday evening) were not terribly busy, making the wait beyond acceptable. Service is good, food is good (as expected), we will return.
The food was ok we used to go to red Robin in Colorado and that one was much better.We we paid our bill she asked if we wanted change. Like expecting the change we always tip but don't act like you will get it.
We had 9 people in our party and for these to be so-called gourmet burgers, they were burnt. We sent one back just to see if they did any better and they did not. The waitress was sweet as she could be and the place was clean, just lousy food for the price.
Had a gift card so thought I'd try Red Robin to see if it lived up to all the hype. It definitely DID NOT. First of all this location was VERY shabby, not dirty but in need of building upkeep inside and out. I ordered the Southern Charm Burger with garlic fries, my husband ordered Wings n Chips. For the price of each order I expected a pretty good size burger with a heap of fries on the side. The wings you would expect at least Average size wings and a pile of chips but both husband and I were pretty disappointed when food arrived. My burger was about the size of a typical fast food (think 1/4 pounder) burger w/a bit more than "scant" toppings, and a handful of fries on the side. The burger was good, but that's just it .... good. I would have let the just average portions pass if it had been a Great tasting burger, same with the fries. The wings, just think game hen, I mean seriously?? The chips were pretty good though. I would have also thought presentation would have been better since it was a weekday and only 5 other tables had customers. The food looked like it was on Saturday night around 9pm rush. All in all a lackluster experience that made me thankful for that gift card covering most of the 36$ lunch(no alcoholic beverages either). Red Robin you could do much better!! I probably won't return because there are just too many of your competitors that offer much more all around for my dollar.
The burgers were delicious, quite juicy. The location was clean, the staff was friendly, the vibe was good and the flow of the restaurant was well managed. We did walk in seating and got seated within about 20 minutes and we're immediately assisted by our waitress. Our drinks came out while we were still completing our order which was pretty neat. The food arrived quickly with only one minor order hiccup which was quickly remedied. We definitely plan to visit again in the near future.
We had dinner here. We had;Gourmet burger ?Royal Eed Robin ?Mozzarella sticks ?Towering Onions ?Oreo milkshake ?Sangria's ?Pink Lemonade ?Our server was very friendly and attentive. We have been to dine here several times and we have had a good time. I would recommend this restaurant.
