Great food for the price and and good portions as well! My family and I have had their Gyros, and wings a little heavy handed on the sauce but still delicious wings. Gyro’s tasted just as I would expect but also a little heavy on the tzatziki sauce however it was still enjoyable to eat if you love that sauce as much as I do it made for a dipping sauce for my fries?I felt led to provide a review because their boba tea is DELICIOUS. I am no stranger to boba milk tea and have been pretty much every spot in Orlando so living in Davenport there’s not many options here and well they just don’t taste right however this family owned business has managed to create the perfect balance of flavor for their traditional milk tea (not too sweet, it doesn’t taste artificial such as powdered teas) it’s a nice refreshing and soft hint of flavor the boba as well to my surprise with the lychee jellies are fantastic! I’m beyond thrilled to now have a spot so close to home when I get my boba cravings!As for customer service I think people should be a little more understanding that it is not easy to run a business let alone a family one. The young girls at the register are very sweet and I assume maybe the daughters of the owners so extend some grace as we were all young and learning at one point. Then again this is Polk county I’d imagine with all the Karen’s and Ken’s who live out here they don’t know what patience means and or kindness. You are all doing a great job maintaining your business! Thanks for a delicious variety of food we will certainly be regulars!!
Stay away!!!!!!! This is by far the worst food I've had in a long time. We had a big order and every single item was either inedible or made incorrectly. We called to speak to someone hoping they would make it right. Instead we got yelled at and told that's how it's made and if we don't like it to go somewhere else. Unbelievable! Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this restaurant as possible. I should of known better when I saw that they also make sushi bowls. What and absolute embarrassment of a restaurant.
Let’s begin with the service, girl behind counter was very nice. Now for the food, mozzarella sticks were not good, the batter on them was not crunchy or have any flavor, the fries were good but the big thing was the gyros… disgusting, the meat was not the traditional meat and was not browned/cooked on the griddle like it’s supposed to be. The meat was pre-packaged meat and did not even taste like gyro meat at all. The tzatziki sauce was very runny and lack of flavor made the sandwich not edible at all. I would not recommend this place.
We had Philly cheese steaks for dinner. We both added lettuce to them and they were delicious. The right amount of juice to flavor the soft bun. We also tried the cheese curds. They were good too, the only complaint was the dipping sauce for them was served cold.
If you know what's good for you, do not EVER eat here! Service is absolutely horrible. Manager is rude and nasty. I had my food delivered through door dash and when it got to my house, I was missing the shrimp I ordered for myself. My husband had his food, but the shrimp was my dinner. So I was able to get it refunded through the app and because I had a coupon and credit I went ahead and reordered my shrimp. Then a few minutes later they CANCELED my order with no explanation. I called Philly Steak and Wings and asked to speak with a manager. All I did was ask why my order was canceled when all I did was reorder the shrimp that THEY forgot. The owner was really rude and said "we're out of shrimp" and hung up the phone on me. As great as their food is, it's absolutely NOT worth the horrible service. Won't spend another penny here. I'll take my money some where with way better service.
First time there. Decided to stop and bought a hamburger with fries. I specifically asked the cashier how their burgers were. She said they were very good. I then ordered my hamburger medium with ketchup and onion. When I got home it was covered with mayonnaise and it was burnt to a crisp.I called the store and told them my problem and that I was home. I explained when I come back in I wanted to get a new burger cooked the way I want it. I was told to bring the burger in And they will reimburse my money.. I only goes to Publix but once a week and said I didn’t know when I would come back. I’m not asking for a free burger. When you ask fir food to be cooked a specific way- you expect it. Eating out is expensive.My question is who is going to keep a burger for a week?I will never go there again???

The food was good but cheese curds came out cold and we only ordered two sandwiches, cheese curd and a salad and it took 45-55 minutes to get it and they only had two other orders when we got there
First time going. This little place was busy. Walked up and put an order in and we waited for about 30 minutes to get our food. I'm patient so no big deal. My only complaint is, I ordered bone in wings. Boneless were brought out and was told she didn't know they were out. How come you waited to tell me that after I already paid? Again, I'm understanding and ate what was given to me. Luckily, the food was really good and I left mostly satisfied. I'll try again another time.
