Lovely place! Clean, spacious. Gorgeous outdoor patio with plenty of outdoor seating. Delicious food, and great coffee. The breakfast wraps are amazing, with perfect combination of eggs, meat, vegetables and sauce.
Had a great salad and sandwich. Fast service, and dining room was impeccably clean. I would definitely come back here again :-)
If this restaurant had a sign where people could see if, I’m sure business would increase. Sandwiches were good but agave lemonade tasted like it had gone bad. Felt badly throwing out the drink as they are rather pricey compared to the competition but was very afraid to drink it. Had good service in drive thru.
This location consistently disappoints and it's a shame because this is in a prime location. I've had to start checking my rapid pick up in the lot before I leave because contacting customer support to receive a refund for missing items never follows through. The team at the pick up counter and the team at the front by the cash registers always play the cat and mouse chase of "you need to ask them to fix that for you". Even the manager points you away. Not what Panera Bread as a company should be striving for.
Today was my 14th birthday, my single struggling mother of 2 teens wanted to do something special. We went to Disney world and had a blast. Then later we were going to get food, I bought a large Mac and cheese that I didn’t receive, it spoiled my day. Good thing we still have the bread for the candle.
I ordered my food through the app. This restaurant is so unfriendly and very unprofessional. I got a text saying my order was ready at the rapid pick up. When I walked in there was nothing there. I looked to see who I could ask and the people at the register were hiding behind the counter. The girl who was suppose to be ringing up customers was laughing and talking on her cell phone. There were two people by the bakery and they turned away when I looked at them. I looked around and this guy comes out of the kitchen and completely ignores me. Finally some guy walks up to me and asks if I need help. He goes back to grab my order and hands it to me. I check my bag and I am missing stuff so I just walk up to the cashier and she looks so bothered. I just want to grab my food and go it should not be this difficult.

The staff is comprised of disrespectful high school students who don't care about their job. They're unprofessional, rude to customers, slow on purpose and the only adult who works there sees all this nonsense and doesn't say a word to them. Get rid of these kids or teach them a lesson because for what I pay at Panera, I deserve better CS
I don't like leaving negative reviews. I love Panera, but sadly cannot recommend this location. Dirty tables, garbage all over the parking lot. Plenty of staff but none that care to take pride in their workplace - and their making my food??? Nope.
Worst location- they are ALWAYS sold out out of things... can't get salad for past two weeks because they are sold out.It is poor managing if you sell salads but don't order lettuce for your restaurant when you are running low.Not recommending.
